It depends if it is a brief shot or not. If its longer than a minute then I get a little iratated.

nudity and video games don't mix at all. I think that no video game should have nudity ever. It just doesn't work.

Final fantasy wouldn't exist if nudity wasn't included, it's a fact that partial nudity is used in FF often and the series is one of the most popular, Another game that has nudity "Duke Nukem" but most of the time, the nudity is optional, like blood for example, there are some people out there whom hate blood in video games so they either don't buy the game, only buy games with the option to turn it off *Cough*Prince of Persia*cough*, or games that exclude blood, so I say if you hate nudity in games then that's your business, there's nudity in everything these days so it stopped bothering me after awhile, nudity is fine with me cause nudity is natural, but sex scenes are a completely different story, it should never be necessary to include sexual acts in a video game, yes, it does get perverts to by they're games but, it ruins a perfectly good story like good of war for example, the sex scenes are optional but, most adults and pubescent teens are curious and take the option anyways. so it's actually us, The consumer's fault that he/she/it bought the game because of the sex scenes "I" personally think sex scenes should be neglected but, partial and occasional nudity is fine.

I think a few shots of nudity here and there is fine in some, but definitely not all, games, but no sex should be involved. It's just a waste of space if that's included, IMO.

I think prolonged nudity in games gets kind of old after a while. If there is just a brief flash than that's okay, but sometimes you just want to skip it and get on with the game.

DEpends a game targeted for adults should have beirf nudity(LIKE GTA) and games for kids sholud have none (LIKE MARIO)

PS:I see sonic has the nudity since the 1st game LOL !

Given the appropriote rating, it should be legal. That being said, it is being abused heavily in games like GTA.

It isn't that much of anything really....sometimes. Depends on the games.

The recent one that had nudity was "The Void" It was a weird game. You had to feed the "sisters" color from your heart to help them survive or something and they have their own realm and they are all naked. Hard game. But it doesn't focus on the nudity, that' just how it is in that world known as "The Void" (the title itself)

I honestly couldn't care less as long as it doesn't change the game play experience it doesn't affect me.

I believe that nudity should not be in games. The entertainment medium of video games was started for innocent enjoyment. Now, the world is twisting something originally harmless into a violence/sex-fest, and it's just ugly. Just because it's everywhere else, doesn't mean it's okay for video games. in fact, it shouldn't be everywhere else either. Anyone who thinks it would be fun to play a game with graphic depictions of the naked human body is just sick. I can't believe anyone would want that. It just goes to show you how perverted our world has become. I sure hope Christ comes soon if this is what we have to put up with down here.

So what you're saying is, that instead of violence we go back to the crappy days of platforming and "defeating" walking plants? I found it hillarious you're calling me sick if I want to play a game with nudity when you play a game in which animals "defeat" each other.

i really don't get why people get in an uproar when games like mass effect come out and when a movie like sex and the city comes out, nothing really, no real uproar, it just seems like a double standerd if you ask me.

but as for my opinion on this subject, it's the game designer's choice, nobody else really gets a say in the matter other then not buying the game

No, what I'm saying is that we can still have good games. I didn't say anything about violence. I still play shooters. What I'm saying is that putting nudity in games is something I deem morally wrong. You're taking this way out of context.

Look, let me explain my point more clearly. In the Bible, Jesus says that looking after someone with lust is considered adultery, a sin. Pornography is lustful. Most, if not all, video game nudity is a form of pornography. So, by extent, video game nudity is often, if not always, a sin. As for the part about violence, I am not trying to make a point about that. That topic is in another thread. My point was that video games have changed, and not for the better. If you must know, I'm not against violence in general, although I do not support gory games or ones that glorify killing anyone not trying to kill you.
