When it comes to video games I'm a PS3 guy. And a trophy hunter. So when I get a platinum trophy for a game (which involves getting every other trophy) I lightens my mood. I feel a little giddy inside.

Getting close to the end of a work day also gives me a good feeling.

Generally having fun. I'm sure that can be said for everybody. Not much else puts me in a good mood, as I'm almost always never in a bad mood. I'm good to go just about every day.

When I'm in a really bad mood there isn't much anyone can do to get me out of it, but for those other times I turn to my friends and family. But I can always take out my frustration on the bag or lifting weights. Having a girl around helps a lot though cause my playful side can't help but be brought out.
