There are lots of side quests. Which one did you really dislike?


The Skulltullas are the worst. You scour the land for them and when you finally find it, you kill it and get a token then resume your search. There's not much satisfaction because it takes so long to find just one and it's not much fun beating it. If it was like a weak mini-boss and there were more prizes, it might interest me.

I, too, find the Skulltula hunt in OoT to be quite tedious but I'm at odds with it. Do I obey the completist in me & get all 100 or do I stop at 50 once I get the heart piece?

Takes forever and you always get the last one to the fence, but you throw it when you're too far away because if you took another step it'd be too late, and the chicken hits the fence as time runs out. Never fails. You'll round up all those stupid things at least twice before getting them all in on time. Grrrr.

Mine is a toss up between the Skulltulas and the 8 islands in Wind Waker that the Kokiri things go to. Bringing Forest Haven water there in the time limit kinda sucked cause some of them were either far or I would always be rushing and jump off the island -.-
