I rather enjoyed Anju & Kafei's quest myself. I also liked The aliens at the ranch, having to wear the All Night Mask so you don't fall asleep on the old lady, & marching around in the Bremen Mask on the ranch to get the little chicks to grow up.

Definietly the Anju and Kafei quest beacuse it was long and quite a challange. Sakon's hideout
was annoying because if you screwed up you would have to restart the whole quest over again.

My favorite sidequest is the one with Anju and Kafei. I'm not sure why it's so memorable for me. It was one of the last sidequests I did before finishing the game 100%. I guess it's what my instrumental music teacher calls "lasting impression". I also like how much story there is behind it.
