I've been all over Kenya, including Nairobi, Rift Valley and the Masai Mara. It was the best trip I've ever been on and I will remember it for the rest of my life. I don't know how anything else could compare.

I hope to go back to Africa someday, hopefully either back to Kenya or visit Zimbabwe. I would also LOVE to visit Egypt.

So tell me Vizzed, have you ever been to Africa?
Or, if you did visit Africa where do you think you would like to go?

Unfortunately I haven't.

It has always been a dream of mine to travel to Africa at least once in my lifetime before I die.

I've seen pictures from friends who have visited all over Africa and it looks like Paradise. I heard the people are friendly and the weather is beautiful. The beautiful rivers and oceans is what caught my eye the most.

YourMajestyKen : Many wild parts of Africa are like paradise, yes. However (as most people know) there are also poverty stricken cities and villages, and many countries in Africa are war-torn.

I hope to visit Africa again for humanitarian reasons as well, I will do whatever I can to make a difference in at least some people's lives. If and when I have the resources to do so then I feel it is my responsibility.

Bintsy : The animals really are a highlight.. I went on lots of safaris during my trip.. We went to at least three different game reserves filled with all of the different animals you could hope to see. Just about the only thing I did not see was a leopard. My favorite animals were the giraffes and crocodiles (not in the same place, though, haaha).

I have never been to Africa, I was gonna go on a class trip to it but I didn't feel like raising two grand to go out into the desert and learn about animals and the native tribes.
