Ok I have a couple of ideas for this one.
It could be an insult implying that you're gay and you like to suck....you know.
I've also read online at some point that giving oral is the most submissive thing a girl(or guy for that matter) can do. So it could be the girls in your area trying to assert dominance.

The most likely thing is that it's just a phrase those girls picked up over the years and there isn't really any meaning behind it other then they know it's supposed to offend you.

im glad youve brought this up i know alot of girls that say this and sometimes act like they have one, its pretty wierd but i just take in my stride but ive noticed recently almost all women do it, im serious is there something women arnt tellign us?
