Anger for sure. It builds up very easily for me when I'm very very stressed out, which can cause me to go very crazy. But I make sure I only go crazy when I am alone, because it's a very efficient way to get rid of anger without hurting someone, physically or mentally, or something. Too bad stress isn't necessarily an emotion, rather it's a feeling, or else I would have removed that instead...

Although, having said that, if one is very much in touch with their inner-being that knows no such thing other than love, then all of the problems in the world would also not exist. The Universe really only knows one thing, and that is love. It all has to do with the level of Consciousness one is at that causes all the turmoil, not only internally but externally as well.
