I think it's pretty important to listen to what your conscience is saying. Most of the time, it's working for the better.

But sometimes, I go against my conscience's better judgement when I should be listening to it.

I tend to listen to my conscience most of the time. Like most of the other people on this thread, I can't stand to feel guilty about not listening to it because the feeling usually builds up until you can't take it anymore and then you just feel like you want to explode, but there's nothing that you can do.
