Hi people, after listening about all of these tails doll curses, and the evil Sonic R game, I've decided to take this matter out of my head, and on to your computers. Do any of you think that video games can be cursed or evil? I don't think they can, they are digital, inanimate objects that only bring imagination and joy to our lives. Oh, and also stress . Although, on some matters, people can take something that's completely explainable, and turn it into a satanic object, like that pokemon episode that gave all of those kids seizures. So why don't you people think about it, and choose here to tell your ideas.

Unless someone was doing something involving black magic to put the curse in there somehow, I doubt it's possible to get effected by any curse...

The seizure thing was because of tons of flashing images, which cause epileptic seizures if you are liable to them. This is just the fault of the animators for not thinking about what could happen to some of the children. Sitting too close to the TV can also be some of the causes. I doubt evil had anything to do with people having health issues, and not being responsible about it, or simply were just gonna have a seizure at some point.

Absolutely not. But I have to say that would be hilarious.
I've seen some videos of "Tickle-Me-Elmo" dolls saying some weird (and often disturbing) things. I don't think those are the result of anything similar to demonic possession, black magic or curses, though.

I believe that some games are cursed. I have played sonic R and I got the tails doll curse! People say that it is fake but I think that it is 100% real. I think that many games are cursed.

Apparently, if you unlock the Tails Doll character in Sonic R, then use that character to tag Super Sonic, the Tails Doll sings a song about sunshine, then comes out of the TV and either steals your soul, injures you in some way, or kills you within seven days. (Geez, someone watched Ringu one too many times...)

I think that, in order to believe in curses, you should think that anything can be cursed. To say something like a video game is immune is just... ridiculous! If you believe in curses. That's my answer to this question.

Pffft Tails Doll Curse is lame considering I played Sonic R before I even knew about that and I beat it with all characters including Tails Doll. No Tails Doll curse for me. Do viruses count as a curse?

This sounds a lot like the old lavender town music conspiracy going around. I think that you could curse something by using black magic or by making it with wrong intentions, but I think that it's something you can explain scientifically. Nowadays they have "sound drugs" that can alter the state of mind. perhaps there are certain frequencies in the game? There's also the "fear box" theory where if you are surrounded by strong electrical currents for long periods of time, it's give you the feeling of being watched, seeing things and being nauseated.
Personally, I think the tail's doll is just a scary story that goes around the internet.

It depends. The human mind is a very powerul thing. If one beleive in something strongly enough,it will become real,if only to the individual. I'd say that curses only exist in peoples minds. If you beleive a demented doll will attack you and kill you,than the fear of being attacked by said doll will kill you,making it seem like the doll itself did it. A wise man once said that the only thing to fear is fear itself. Therefore,you=not afraid~possible harm=no harm. Ignore the stories and they won't haunt you.

That Tails doll thing sounds pretty freaky. Good thing I don't even own Sonic R
Has anyone attempted the thing that activated the curse and nothing happened? Also, Tails isn't even a FREAKY character. They should've said that about Chaos if he's in the game.
