I have a roommate where I currently live, and I make my portion of rent from unemployment and side-construction (or under the table construction) jobs that I do, and this person is somewhat older than me. So whenever I'm on my PC, mainly posting on Vizzed (as I don't post anywhere else), this person likes to criticize me.

I have no idea why because I'm currently attending a tech school to further my job status, but perhaps this person thinks I'm not doing enough?

I wanna vent bout women (I still love yall though). Why r u so freakin emotional and irrational. You always keep changing your minds, you never say what you truly want (with words anyways, body language is key). It sends my mind through freakin warp tunnels of sadness and anger, self-pity, hate, resentment, and finally peace.

I wish I currently had something to vent about, so I could properly reply to this post; I normally do have something to vent about, in which case I go to my two best friends who will often hear me out and try to help me. If I'm not venting to them, I vent to my journal that I just made a few weeks after moving in to college; the stress of the big change probably prompted me to make it.
I believe venting in a journal and just talking out-loud to the "higher power(s)" are more effective ways of venting and reducing your stress mostly because neither of them can respond to what you say in a way undesired by you. Venting to another person might give you feedback that's informative and helpful, but venting to yourself or the god(s) is definitely more comforting in my opinion. Maybe it depends on the situation.
