I am sorry, but are we talking a cat or a dog, thats an important question and for 100k that better be one darn smart animal, I dont normally get out of bed for anything less than 101k so we best be talking some serious business here. and while we are onto this topic, I find it morbid, and incorrect to promotethe torture and destruction of innocent creatures, this could be perceived as perverse but that is just my opinion.

I'd only do it if I knew that someone in my neighborhood had a pet spider or one of those carnivorous fish. Maybe a snake... probably not though. I just have this thing about hating spiders and carnivorous fish. I'm not afraid of them; I just HATE them with a sadistic tendency.
That is, unless said pet in question ****ed Marsellus Wallace like a *****. Then I'd have to take care of him. But other than that situation, and unless it's a spider or piranha, I wouldn't do it.

Edit: Oh, and if anyone did that to my cat or even one of my sisters' pets (no matter how much they annoy me), I'd hunt them down and return the favor. I don't care that the question said they wouldn't get caught; there would be consequences.
