I was just playing MD Red here in the RGR when something popped into my mind. I had taken a mission by accident and decided to delete it. What happens to that Pokemon? Is it unconscious? Will other Wild Pokemon hurt it? Will it die of starvation? Will it die from Poison or another ailment? All because i happened to delete their Rescue Letter for help.

I think if you delete the mission it will either die of starvation or be killed off by other Pokemon (depending on their situation).
