I have so many favourites I cant decide which one. Lets see....... the first one on my mind was super smash bros. 64 because the game play is fast paced knock-out style. Can you believe  how simple the rules are? All you have to do is knock the players out of the screen. Its a very fun and competitive game to play.

My favorite video game would have to be Crash Team Racing. It's my favorite because it's an original PS1 game, it's very fun, and it's the first video game I ever played!

It's very interesting to see why people like particular games. Some have very detailed reasons (story, gameplay, etc.) and others just feel some kind of irresistible charm embedded within (hamsters). I think many things can influence why we adhere to particular games so much. It could be because nostalgia reminds one of simpler times or the gameplay and world created simply tickles our fancy. I definitely love my FFVI and FFVII. The relic and materia systems, respectively, are so much fun to fiddle around with. Need I say anything about how good the music and mythology is? I also love retro arcades like Donkey Kong and Pac-Man because I can use the scientific method to try and master them. They have a small enough number of programs that you can actually attempt to figure them all out.
Hypothesis: Ghosts blink 5 times before returning to normal.
Test hypothesis: Confirmed.
Conclusion: Less dying by gambling on when the ghosts return to normal.
Lastly, I do enjoy every Metroid game. Being a biologist, I appreciate their unique alien creatures and environments as much thought was put into them. Particularly the Prime series caught my attention as you can scan different organisms and find out information regarding their physiology and ecology. Kind of biased I agree but I cannot deny the love I have for this created mythology as well as the Castlevania style level progression.

Okay, my all time favorite game is, hands down, Final Fantasy Seven for Playstation one. It had one of the best story lines of any game I have ever played before and the graphics for it's time were not half bad. Even in today's world where the graphics are better, I would still rather play the original over and over again just because of everything you can do, it almost seems like the game can go on forever [as long as you avoid the main quest] as you explore the entire world and collect every type of materia, breeding and racing chocobos to become the best jockey on the circuit, battling through the battle zone with as many handicaps that you are brave enough to take on at once, the list goes on and on. Some of the best things that happen in the game are optional, such as finding different scenes hidden throughout the game itself, just for example, the dating scene at the golden saucer, you can go on a date with the different females of your party [and very creepily, one guy] just depending on how you choose your actions up to that point. I could talk about this game forever but I think that people might get disappointed if I do so for now I will just say that this has been the best game I have ever played, end of story.

I'm not sure if this counts but the video game I love are RPG's because like Fire Emblem there is level upping and like Link there is heart collecting and weapons.So I love all RPGs but I love Fire Emblem the most.

Batman Arkham City because it's challenging and fun the story line is great and lastly most of the game play style feels really natural

Personally my favorite video games would have to be between the elder scrolls, .hack, and rune factory series. If i had to pick i would probably choose Rune factory 3 because it lasted me a couple months, there's a variety of things to do in it, it's just an all out great game, and when rune factory 4 comes out i'm sure that'll be my favorite.

Final Fantasy 7(PS1/PSX): Final Fantasy 7 was one of the first rpgs i started to really play, And for good reasons to. For an example the gameplay. It was on Active time battle system, The way you set up your magic, And Things you could find to add as A Another Command in battle. It was one of the best games in the world if not The Greatest Game Of All Time, Or at least in my opinion anyway. But out of all the games i will have to say this is the greatest. And the storyline was just AMAZING!!! I mean sure it had alot of English Translation wrong, but it really does not effect the game. Plus the charecters are EPIC to. I mean Even davideo7 Has a picture of Cloud Strife. Cloud Strife is the main charecter in Final Fantasy 7. And if davideo7 Has you know it has to be A AWESOME GAME! I reccomend it to anyone. The second best game i have played has to be Zelda The wind waker.

My favorite games are Ocarina of Time, Kirby & the Amazing Mirror, and Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim! They are the best games on earth!

It's Because I Love Them, I Always Play Video Games When I Was a Little Kid, and I Keep Exploring Different Consoles and Handhelds, and I Do The Best That What I Do, Play Video Games.
