I just got my first OFFICIAL GAME shiny!

It was a level 18 shiny Metapod. I found it in the Bug Catching Contest in HeartGold.
And bonus points: I didn't even have all the badges! I only had 3 badges when I found it!
Another good side, I already was using a Butterfree in my main team, so I replaced it.

Trust me, this is a BIG ACHIEVEMENT for me! In my Diamond Game, I have been playing OVER 200 HOURS and I did not find 1 shiny! And in my HeartGold game, I have been playing less then 30 hours, and found a shiny!!

Currently it's a level 21 Butterfree, and it only knows Harden and Solarbeam. *Fart noise*

AND WHAT IS WORSE: The idiotic game chose SOMEONE ELSE'S METAPOD over mine for first place!! First off, Metapods SUCK, and they shouldn't be at first place above a SCYTHER AND A PINSIR! And second, MY METAPOD WAS SHINY FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!! A SHINY SHOULD ALWAYS BE FIRST PLACE!! I didn't even get second OR third!!

Stupid game..Oh well.
