I would have to say for sure my favorite flavor is Birthday Cake ice cream from Bruster's Ice cream. Shame the one where I live closed up but it was pretty sweet while it lasted no pun intended. Second favorite I would have to say is Cookie Dough ice cream with the actual little squares of cookie dough in it like Bruster's had.

My favorite is Chocolate with Rainbow Sprinkles on top. I've always loved that flavor ever since I was a kid. I would choose Vanilla as well but I can be very particular when it comes to Vanilla as it has to have the right amount of sweetness to complement it.
