This is pretty tough, but this is how I'd make my list:

1. Code Geass (the easiest one for me to put on the list in my opinion)
2. Rurouni Kenshin
3. Yu Yu Hakusho
4. Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit
5. Cowboy Bebop

Something like that, I'm only really sure on the number one spot. The rest is a toss-up. I've also really enjoyed Dragonball Z (really up until the Frieza saga ended at least), Tenchi Muyo (whichever one Toonami aired way back in the early 2000s), Death Note, Buso Renkin, etc.

2- Loveless would probably be my second. I really like the character Soubi and the music.
