There's definitely no way you can "convert" it unless you like... Animate the whole series yourself and compile it into a video, which is still kind of ridiculous.

If you mean taking a manga and just converting it to anime it's impossible. There are about 10 frames per second (10 pictures) for a normal animation. There aren't enough pictures in a manga to make more than about...5 minutes at the most. Even then it would look very jumpy and not fluid at all. You would need to add the stuff in between.
