I think that Phoebe would win. Because for one Dusclops is a VERY defensive Pokemon and has a very good move set(in my opinion). And with Sableye, you know she will win. I mean come on! The Pokemon has NO weaknesses ad is already a pretty good Pokemon. So my vote goes to the person with a Pokemon with no weaknesses.
