Yeah I heard about that too... I don't know for sure, but heard you should just try not to be too close to the phone when you talk on it for long periods of time. Radiation's pretty scary O.o

this is probably true for a fair number of people.

However, I think it is wise to try to use bluetooth or something similar in order to prevent as much radiation as possible. Some people use their phones a LOT! I highly doubt you'll notice any effect any time soon though. Stuff like this requires prolonged use over a long period of time to cause significant damage.

I remember a couple years back, I would talk on the phone for several hours at a time, sometimes up to four or five hours. I'm not necessarily sure how/if radiation plays a part in my case, but all I know is that I would have severe headaches for a long time after I got off the phone...

Yeah they do release small amounts of radiation, but its not enough to cause any sudden harm. The sun probably causes more damage, although I do get headaches after I use the microwave....

I'm sure it has some slight effect, but the way they are these days, I think it's negligible, unless you strap a cell phone onto your head and leave it on for months. And even then, I think the effect would not be very noticeable.

You're far more likely to suffer from something I heard about once called Cell Phone Elbow. Apparently there's this thing going around where if you hold your arm at too extreme an angle you'll pinch a nerve. The symptoms are actually numbness and tingliness in the fingertips. One common cause is talking constantly on your cell.
