Yeah so I know they made the FireRed and LeafGreen, now I find out they made the SoulSilver and HeartGold and I was like wait a minute...why didn't the ThunderYellow (or whatever they wanna name it) come out? I remember bein young and Pokemon Yellow Version came out and I just HAD to have it lol. Does anyone know if they WILL be making one or not or if I'm just an idiot and they already made it?

I have no idea if they made it. I don't know why they didn't it probably would have sold. Since they went with leaf green and not water blue, maybe they decided they didn't need a thunder yellow either. I wonder if they're going to make a "big as your fist ruby" or a "looks like an ostrich egg sapphire" lol

i am not sue why there was no yellow remake, fire red was a red remake(duh) and leaf green was the remake of green version(released only in japan but is playable in english on this site) i dont really know why there was no ocean blue or thunder yellow, but i think the yellow could have been good if done right but o well.

In HG and SS, you can walk your first member in your party, so just go get a Pikachu and just do the same you do in Yellow. Besides, Not many people wanna play a game based off the first anime, with the exception of getting the chance to get all starers and that would have fire red and leaf green lose popularity.

I don't think it would be possible. Yellow was the "Emerald" or " Crystal" of the 1st gen. It was just a semi-compilation of Red and Blue. They would have re-released it around the time of FireRed and LeafGreen.

But Yellow was the special game of the 1st Gen so why not keep it that way so you can only play the original.
I think it's good they didn't. It keeps it more different. What would you even get out of it? Like Crono said you can walk your first party member anyway, and that was basically the only different thing in Yellow.
