Love is a pretty universal emotion, and a complicated one at that. In my opinion, anyone can feel it, and if you feel it with your special one then good luck and God bless no matter what age you are, as long as you don't do anything... "illegal." But considering you're 11 years old there's not much chance of that.

I have had a lot of girlfriends in my time but haven't had a lot but one in the last couple of years. She's the greatest thing I could ever ask for.
