Sony, just because I had such a great time playing on my PS3. They don't have willingly shill out on sequels (cough cough, nintendo) have unreliable software (cough cough Microsoft) and they can have some really good games, especially Little Big Planet.

Aah, but of all time? That obviously should go to Nintendo. The only original console manufacturer still standing, and creator of such epic games as SMB3, Pokemon Crystal, SSB, and LoZ: OoT, Nintendo deserves the honor of best video game console company of all time.

I'm going to have to go with Sony on this. Don't get me wrong, I like all these consoles but Sony has always just been a personel favorite of mine. They have yet to make a console that I have not liked.

Nintendo is my favorite because it has awesome games filled with great characters like Link, Mario, and Donkey Kong.

My 2nd favorite console is Sony because I play too many Ps3 games that are so addicting and fun to play.

I would have to say Microsoft on this one because theres a wider selection of games on that system. Nintendo makes consoles with less effort then everyone else and they make remakes of the same games over and over again and they get worse as they go on. Sonys system is 300 dollars im not gonna buy that.

I have to go with Nintendo on this for the pure fact that the have been around longer then all these systems and the whole time they been around they have set them self apart from all the other systems, kept it original, gave you that classic feel even if it is brand new, and still maintain in the gaming industry.

Besides that, most of the games on Nintendo are good for all ages, kids to adult. Second place is sony, just a favorite of mine but if I was a fanboy I would have voted for it but let's be logical.

Nintendo has been one of the most original companies in terms of technology. The Gun for NES, the first mini-joystick, the first rumble pack, the first to use motion sensing as the primary contoller.

The games they have spawned are also amazing. Mario, Zelda, and Metroid. Not to mention all the old Mega Mans and FFs were released on it. While the wii may be lacking in cool games right now, later this year and beginning of 2011, is when it will boom. (can't wait for Zelda)

Sony and Microsoft try to impress me with powerful graphics and mature games, not my thing.

Don't forget that this is of all time. Not just the most recent consols. But of course if you think the PS3 is the best system ever made for it's time, then I see what you mean. (not that I agree)

I'm going with Nintendo for this one. Pretty much all of my favourite games are brought down from Nintendo, and then some. I guess in a way, Nintendo is a major if not giant part of what we call video gaming today. The NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Gameboy, Gameboy advance and of course the recent Wii and DS are all part of the immense tree of consoles that were released from Nintendo. They are all consoles with a link in gaming society today.
Sony and Microsoft do have great games that I play a lot, but Nintendo takes the cake in this case, featuring a wide array of gaming, enjoyable for everybody.

I'm all for Nintendo. I think they've done the best job making video games. I never found myself picking nintendo because it had the "best games".... I hate FPS for consoles anyway so half the games for XBox or PS1/2/3 are of no interest to me.

Simply put Nintendo is the most successful video game console producer out there. The numbers are proof enough.

I'm gonna have to say Sony. When the PS1 came out in the 1990s, it was way ahead of its time. It was the first TRULY SUCCESSFUL console to use CDs, (yes I'm aware that the Sega CD was the first to actually use a CD). Also it could play audio-cds too. I love nintendo but since they stuck with cartridges on the N-64, the console couldn't really compete with the PS1. Because of the CD format of the PS1, there could be more full-motion-video, high quality CD audio, more graphics, and more...well...everything! That's why Square (now Square-Enix) jumped-ship from Nintendo and released Final Fantasy 7 for PS1. Also each Playstation generation had something special about it! PS1 was also a CD player. PS2 was also a DVD player. PS3 was the cheapest Blu-Ray player on the market when it first came out. Plus, Sony has a bunch of awesome games and features for its consoles. =)

Nintendo, becuse of the Zelda, the Mario, Pokemon games on their consoles it's so much fun and classical. You'd know nintendo for quality, not graphics, but the graphics award goes to the Microsoft crew, who also made Windows. Both groups are revolutionary, but Nintendo would still stand on top. Sony doesn't stand a chance. (sorry, JTRL)

I liked Nintendo until Wii and DS-DSi-DSiXL, but the best is Microsoft. When my 360 went down they fixed it no questions asked. Xbox live is the way all other consoles should have their online worlds.

C'mon guys, this is OF ALL TIME! Stop saying Microsoft, they don't hold anything against Nintendo! XBox and 360 are horrible systems, Microsoft is only good at software manufacturing, and that's only half the battle!

As much as I do like Microsoft, for such games as morrowind and fallout, just a couple out of a forray of good games, since this is of all time Nintendo is the place to go. It's been around for longer then the others, and has remained successful through out it.

It has had it's lapses here and there mainly for me the game choices on the newer systems, but it seems as those may be fixed as more game developer's come to realise the full potential of the motion senseing technolgy.

Imagine the possibilities it will have? Having alot of these games that no longer depend on button mashing but actually having some skill?

I don't know about you guys but the thought of those possiblities thrills me. Imagine playing Zelda and you have to swing the sword to actually do it? PLaying soul caliber, or even CoD MW2 haveing a gun, you have to crawl or croutch to do it, you literally have to aim?

Maybe its just me but i find this all extremely inticeing.

A lot of people hate the Wii for the lack of good games, and it's focus on casual gaming, and I understand.

But think of the potential! The games lined up for 2010 are awesome! Think for a moment: Zelda Wii (release date coming this E3)using Wii motion+. It blows my mind. Already, the way you used your bow in Twilight Princess Wii, and that was on a makeshift port for a Game Cube game. Can you imagine 1:1 Link action? Maybe when you Z-target in this one, you'll go into dual mode and your sword actions will be 1:1 with your wiimote? Who knows, but the possibilities are endless.

Rest assured, the next Nintendo System will have what the Wii lacks.
