Mother 3, a review
OK, so this is off the bat one of the best games I have played, but it does have some flaws, thus the 9.7. First of all, the sound.
Sound.
The music and sounds in the game are some of the best I have seen, or heard. The combat system plays directly into the music, which is something new and exciting to most western gamers. With a sound index at the start of the game, you can listen to your favorite pieces from the game and remember those scenes.
Graphics.
Despite the fact that this game is on an outdated console, the graphics truly stand the test of time. The cartoon-ish style but still somewhat realistic settings combine for a visually beautiful backdrop for a wonderful game. Although some of the sprites may seem strange at first sight, they most often play into the story in some way or another.
Addictiveness.
This game is very immersive experience, containing countless amounts of tasks and Easter eggs to find and do. This game really gets better and better the more you play it, no matter how you play. Little bits of hidden stories are scattered throughout the world, and they keep you coming back to unravel the full story of Tazmily Village.
Story.
While this game is impressive in almost every feature, it truly shines the most when it comes to the story.
