Bioshock Review
Ah, Bioshock. I only recently got my hands upon this game with the purchase of Bioshock Rapture Edition. Now to be fair, I had played the game years back at my Buddy's house but unfortunately his X-box broke and couldn't played it. Now I've always heard that Bioshock is Fantastic, one of the greatest games ever made, and etc. So, I decided it was about time I purchased it. My thoughts? Well read on.

STORY:
The story follows the Protagonist of the game, Jack. For the most part he's a silent character, but he does have one line. "My parents always told me I was special, and that I was made to do great things. You know what? They were right." Fantastic Line. But other than that, he doesn't say one thing. On a trip to England the Airplane that he is on has a crash and falls into a sea of water. As a Miracle, Jack just so happens to survive the crash, and sees a near by Light house. He eventually swims to it, and finds an evalator, where goes down to an underwater city, Rapture. This is definitely one of the coolest places in gaming. It definitely shows what it's trying to do... Going to places Man has only dream't about. In this game it's an Underwater city, and in the third installment it's in the sky. Honestly, if they wind up making a sequel, I have no Idea how they can top this. Through out the game you'll find Audio Logs, or as the game calls them, "Audio Diarys" and they'll tell you some fairly interesting story's and Information. For the most part, these are optional, but if you really want to connect everything up in the story than it's recommended to listen to these. Andrew Ryan the creator of Rapture is the Antagonist of the game. An aquaintance you meet early in the game "Atlas" helps you through out, and is where most of your missions come from.

I honestly love the lessons the game is giving. It's basically showing how humanity would be like if there was no rules, and was free to do anything. It'd get out of hand. And the fact that... Read the rest of this Review
Final Fantasy VII

Final Fantasy VII
Final Fantasy VII.... Where do I even begin? This game means more to me than any other Video Game in the Planet. What can I say... It's my favorite game of all time... I honestly can't remember how I first found out about this game. Well... Years and Years ago our family had recieved a package from my sister. It was a bunch of our stuff that we had left with her, but my brother got the game "Final Fantasy VII". I don't know where it began, but my brother started playing it. I remember it clearly. He'd read me the dialouge within the game. I remember the first time he reached first boss. He failed on it, and my other brother who was about 4-6 tried it and beat it. Pretty hilarious huh? That's mainly where my nostalgia for this game kicks in. All my memory's of watching him play it... the entire time. It's definitely my favorite Memory's in gaming. By the time I was old enough to understand an RPG, I decided to purchase FFVII off eBay. That's the first time I ever beat it. I had played the game TONS while watching my brother, but this was the first time I sat down and did my own thing. This lead to more and more memory's.... It was great. This would still remain my favorite game of all time, even it weren't for the enourmos nostalgia. The Game is that damn good. Well, enough about gushing over my memory's, let's do a Review!

LEVEL 1: Story
This is a good enough reason alone to play the game. The story is absolutely fantastic. You start off in a Orginazation named Avalanch, destroying Mako Reactors in hopes of keeping the Planet alive. Well, you're only doing it for Money. Aparentally... Your main Protagonist is Cloud Strife. One of my favorite things about this character is his development. He starts off as a cold, Non caring person. But he really grows within the storyline. Around the time you meet Aerith, is about the time Cloud begins to be more Light, and Caring. Brightened up. Great Character development. The Main Antagonist of the game is Sephiro... Read the rest of this Review

Red Dead Redemption Review
Well, anyone who I've been hanging out with lately knows I've been blabbing non stop about this game. Well, most of you anyway. So, I found a decent price for it on eBay, and bought the GOTY. As always, waiting is the most suspensful part about this. I couldn't wait. Well, it finally arived, and first thing I did was pop it in my PS3.

I played the living hell out of it. Playing for Non-stop for about 3 or 4 days straight, I had about 25 hours on it. And, of course, I beat it. Now, for anyone who hasn't played the game, I'm not giving out spoilers. I really wouldn't want to, considering the ending is Incredible.

So, I guess I'll TRY to give it a review. Bear with me..... It may not be the best.

Story: You're a Former Outlaw, John Marston, with a troubled past. The Goverment has taken your family hostage, and to order to save them, you need to kill Bill Williamson, an Old Outlaw that ran together in a gang, WHICH John Marston was in. Now, right away, the Story Is An Instant Classic. Although, it is a bit cliched, but remember, it's just a setup. It get's much better. Considering this is a Western Type of game, you can definetely see the inspiration within it. Now, Imediatedly you find out the Main Protagonist of this game, John Marston, is an Extremely Relateable guy. Although with that being said, he's also one of the biggest bad-asses in gaming. On the way you'll meet a FANTASTIC Cast of Characters, all Voiced beautifully. Props to the voice actors!

Gameplay: Well, what can I say. The shooting mechanics are pretty damn good to say the least. But that's not it. The characters control fantastically as well. Now, I just wanna say this right now, Rock Star got the Horse controls PERFECT. That's not all though, THERE'S SO MUCH Gameplay variety's, I wouldn't even TRY to list them all. I just wanted to list the basics, as I should. And, with that being said, I really cant find a problem with any of the basic gameplay. It's all ... Read the rest of this Review

Metal Gear Solid Review
Ah, welcome to the world of Metal Gear Solid. I've been wanting to talk about this game for awhile... So why not make a review of it? Out of all the Playstation games this is probably my favorite aside from Final Fantasy VII. Chances are if you had a Playstation back in the day, you've played this game. It's definitely one of the Most Popular, and for a good reason. It's damn good! Well, let's move on the review!

LEVEL 1: STORY
You are Snake, a government agent on a mission to regain control of a secret nuclear weapons base from terrorist hands... That's the basic summary. Look, I know what you might be thinking... "Too generic" or "Sounds horrible" and "Too cliched". I get what you mean.... but there's a reason why this story get's a 10/10. Your first goal in the game is to rescue the Darpa Chief, but through twist and turns the story becomes very much more than that. You can definitely see it's Influence from action movies though. That's not a bad thing though. On the way you'll meet a brilliant cast of characters, both friends and foes. Two major characters Snake meets within his journey are the Love interest for Snake "Meryl", and the Otaku (Nerd), "Otacon". These are both very well devoloped characters and really grow through out the series. A random thing to note is that Meryl is your colonels niece. She's hell-bent on being a Soldier to live up to herself, when she's really not, a bit cliched, but works well. Otacon is a scientist who really helps Snake within the game. There's also the Fox-hound Unit, which contains the main villains including Liquid Snake, Revolver Ocelot, Vulcan Raven, Sniper Wolf, Psycho Mantis, and Decoy Octopus. Ahh man there's just too much to cover. With that being said, the MAIN Antagonist IS Liquid Snake, hell-bent on getting Naked Snakes Ashes/Body, and is always complaining about that Solid Snake was the Favorite out of the two, and that he was superior. (Naked Snake, or rather Big-Boss is both of there father.) A ... Read the rest of this Review
