I played an emulation of this game elsewhere. The game itself is great. Chronologically, it tells the story that came after Fire Emblem 7. It's about Eliwood's son, Roy (appeared in SSB: Melee).
I rate it a 6 because this is the Japanese version. I found a text translation (link in the chat box), but I would prefer it if this game was re-uploaded and patched. There are enough free patches online that it wouldn't be very difficult. I would just rather play it on Vizzed, than download it myself.
I can manage with the translation for the story, plus the layout is the same as the English GBA games and you can identify the weapons by their mini-images. It's just not as much fun when I have to constantly switch back and forth between windows to know what's going on.

Tip: if you don't know how to play in japanesse play an english fire emblem game first until your use to where everything is. Then play in the japan version and you'll know where everything is.
