Super Snake Review by: Snowchu - 7.4/10
MSX - Super SnakeWell, first of all, this is a very small game that you can really get addicted to for beating your own high score and make yourself challenge yourself more. The console this game is based on is MSX, and it's unpopular unlike the N64, SNES, and all, but it does have some decent addictive games on it.
I enjoyed playing this, and it presents a good challenge, so I suggest you to at least play it once for a first-hand experience of those kind of stuff.
The graphics aren't that bad considering it's a MSX game, but it can be improved, to be honest. At least the gameplay's smoothness is actually pretty good for its generation of consoles.
From what I recall, there should be music, but as most of you guys know, I am deaf, and I don't know if there's music in the game, so this rating is left blank, as usual.
There are absolutely no story, none at all, because it's basically just a fun competitive game where you try to get good scores to beat others and to beat your own high score.
The depth is low since it's a very, very simple game, but it does have good offers such as practicing your competitive edge, and striving for high scores, or even, trying to make your snake even more bigger!
This is a small review by Snowdeath, your humble reviewer. Over and out!
Anyway, on the last score, which is difficulty, that has a high score because it is hard. In the start, you'd probably have no idea what to do, or the controls are hard, but it's worth it, because it's a simple competitive game, one you should play.
The overall score is 7.4, and I think I might be a bit too generous on that, but I actually like the game, and I probably will play it again, sometimes in the future, just to beat my score!
