It gave me the love to RPGs. nomrid
Hmm... what should I review now?
Hi people, Nomrid here at my 1st review, and I'm looking at Etrian Odyssey IV.
GraphicsThe 3D models are pretty average, but everything else (environment, characters, backgrounds) is hand-drawn, colorful and AMAZING!
I played only the demo, so don't ye judge me, okay?
SoundThe music is extremely catchy! I can't stop humming it!
But the demo doesn't have a jukebox...
AddictivenessYou just can't stop roaming the labyrinths slaying weak monsters & running off FOEs.
Customization is almost UNLIMITED!
StoryNot too much to say here... something about explorers looking for Yiggdrasil. Anyway, you explorer go to Tharsis to form your guild, register interesting fighters and embark to adventure!
DepthFAR too much to do here... not that this is a bad thing of course. 10 completely different classes can join your guild, each with their ups, downs and skills. Navigate dungeons with a edit-able map to remember enemies, treasures and passages. And more!
DifficultyA good starting point for RPG players, not too much to understand and the map is useful most of the time.
but etrian odyssey pros will love it.
Overall, it's guaranteed that you
will enjoy this gem.
