Mynamescox44 : Personally, I don't know, this is all I could find about those two games, maybe is there more then just having different Pokémon's??? Either way, its still a mystery But, like austipokedude said: Maybe Nintendo made a copy just to have some money Personally, I don't know, this is all I could find about those two games, maybe is there more then just having different Pokémon's??? Some of you were wondering if FireRed and LeafGreen were the same, well they are not. FireRed contains Pokémon's that LeafGreen does not have and vice versa. Example: In LeafGreen, you don't have a big chance to catch a Nidoran but in FireRed, you have more chance to catch one. In LeafGreen, depending on the area, you have more chances to have a bug Pokémon and in FireRed, you have more chance to get a normal Pokémon. Don't ask me why. GameFreak said that. I hope this thread helped some of you. Sign out. -Sir-MetaKnight2. NOTE: Sorry for my bad English, its not my first language. (Yes I know that I say on almost all of my posts but I wanna make sure just in case someone is reading my posts for the first time, he knows that I'm not English.) Droog : Granted but everyone in the world will steal your stuff (home, phone, poke balls, repels, money, etc) and will give it back if you give them in exchange a good Pokémon of yours. You cant go in tall grass, drug stores, caves, oceans, etc to catch a new Pokémon because they will be waiting for you. I wish that no one will reply to this comment. Welcome dear Vizzed peoples! Today, I'm doing my second review! (My first one was on Kirby Pinball Land for GB (Game Boy) Before we start, I just want to let you know some things: 1. English is not my first language. Be prepared to see a lot of grammar error. 2.I know I'm like the only person who played this game but I'm just gonna make a review *cough* I want some Viz *cough* for fun. -------------Graphics--------------------------- By just looking at the title screen, you can already tell that the game is gonna look amazing, and it does look amazing! Both colors palettes of the Overworld and the Cave are well chosen, the background and the cave music just give it a mysterious feeling of adventure.Without those, the level would just look like a normal plain with nothing interesting. -------------Sounds------------------------------- Just like I said in the graphics, the sound is amazing. The overworld theme make you feel like in an actual desert where you have no one, nothing but yourself in this isolated place. The 1st part of the level has some music with a adventure feeling and the 2nd part of the level is....well normal, but still a thousands times better than the SMW Cave theme. -------------Addictiveness-------------------- This game would have been a whole lot more addictive if there was more then just ONE level. What I'm saying is that some parts are repetitive like the vine climbing but all of those parts are different like the first vine obstacle is just about jumping at a certain moment but the later vine obstacles get even harder, just like the Spin jumping obstacle. If you are like me, you will notice and like that difficulty change, while having a bunch of other new obstacles. ----------------Story-------------------------- There's not really a story. Its just Mario walking around in the desert and for some reasons, he want to go in a cave with a treasure in it. Nothing else to say about that. ------------------------Depth------------------------------ This game is VERY VERY VERY short. There is only one level with two exits, one being the normal exit and the other being the secret exit which was incredibly easy to find and the only thing else to do is get all the dragon coins. Nothing else to do, so you will probably replay the level 4 times and already get 100% on your file. Unless the creator had no more ideas, why would the hack stop here? Why no more levels or secrets? Why only 3 things to do? It would be nice to have at least a bonus room but no. None of theses. -----------------------Difficulty------------------------------- Remember when I said this was a balance of easy and hard? Well I remove what I said. Actually, its easy at the start but challenging at the end (not if I use save states) and the hard part is basically just seven obstacle. I mean its not really a Kaizo anymore if a noob like me can beat it. Having only three things to do means less playing to do. Less playing to do means less fun. Overall The visuals are great but the level design is not really so great. Like I said a thousands of times, ITS TOO SHORT! No one like it when you play games that you have to pay to play but end up leaving it after 15 minutes. If this game has one level, then it should at least have more secrets to discover, more challenges while playing (ex: Collect all the red coins) and at least a bonus room. Any kind of good bonus room will do it, anything to reward you for playing like a credit place or something but don't give the player a MUSHROOM if he's not even gonna play anymore! To be honest I don't know which to like more, Mario has been a hero to the mushroom kingdom while Luigi is a bit on the lazy scared side (in my opinion, everyone have opinions right?) and he sometimes get scared soooo easily that he start acting weirdly almost every time, but I also like Luigi because he has sometimes better control than Mario, and.. And.... actually I like Luigi just because other people like him so the moral is: I think Mario is better, I mean, that is why the games are named Mario. so the moral is: I think Mario is better, I mean, that is why the games are named Mario. |

Hi everyone, today I will review this game: Kirby's Pinball Land. Let's start shall we? Graphics: 8 This game got really nice graphics, at the intro the graphics may look boring, but when you start the game it get better, each stage have a theme, take for example Kracko stage, while playing you will notice clouds, rain, even the sun and the moon. Just all that make you feel in the sky. It would have been nicer if this game was on GBC (Game Boy Color). All the sprites are clean and visible and its fun to see what faces the giant Kirby's make! Sound: 4 Now for the sound, it was less good, Poppy and Kracko stage theme were just taken from Kirby Dreamland, only Whispy stage theme was new and all bosses had the same theme, expect Dedede, who is the final boss so he obviously get a new theme. The music was pretty boring and repetitive in my opinion and I hope that next time the creators make more efforts in it. Addictiveness: 9 This is not just a normal pinball game, it have much more things that a normal pinball don't have, which make this game great in game, not only the graphics are awesome, but there is things in the game which make it easier, of course it may take forever to activate those things but it is worth it. Flying around in the boss room from left to right is fun and heck, sometime in some rooms you can have a star that take you to a secret room where you have to... oh wait, I cant tell you, or else it wont be a secret. Speaking of room, each room has a way to make you go up, when you are in the last room, there is something that you have to (Either hit 3 enemies on the screen, beat Mr. Shine and Mr. Bright or save three chickens) once this is done, you will be able to go to the boss. Like I said, there are things that you can activate to continue the game, and they are fun to mess with, who know? By touching them many time, you can get an item! You can get some points, a tomato (that prevent you from falling) or a star wrap! After beating this game, you may want to play it again to get a higher score and hit every object you have missed, when you finish a level, you get a ball with letters in it, if you hit the ball and get all letters, you get a extra try. Story: None There is no story to the game since pinball games don't have any story, so there is nothing to say about it. Depth: 3 The game is not that deep, since most Kirby retro games are not deep, you just have three stage, each with one boss and then you fight the final boss and the game is already finished. This could have been longer with more levels but sadly, no. Difficulty: 5 Some part of the game can be easy or hard, but there are things that will change the difficulty. I'm pretty sure that in each level there is a part that took them a long time to complete, just using the left and right flipper forever without accomplishing anything, but if you fall down, and press A at the right moment, you will just go to the last room, but the last room is the hardest, so you take an easy path to end up in the hard room but beating the hard room make you fight a easy boss, it is like a mix of easy and hard in almost each room you go in instead of having the whole game easy or hard. That is why I give the difficulty a 5. One half of the 5 for the easy things and another half for the hard things After all this writing, I give this game my overall rating: 7,8. This game is not that bad but it seem like the creators screwed up the most important things in a game.
