I have 2 days left until I get to go on winter break!!!! Yes! But its finals week, so I just took my AP Physics and AP Lit finals. I feel alright about them, but still. I have only 2 weeks for break (it's usually 3 weeks, but this year they cut it short), but it's a good enough time off, so I'm happy. Anyways, I'm super stoked for Christmas and hope you all have a great one!!!

Oh god. I haven't done anything super embarrassing, but I feel for those who have. My worst moment in school (as thus far) is calling my US History teacher "Dad". It was really awkward and no one really laughed, which made it worse. The weird thing to me was that my dad and my US history teacher are nothing alike, literally. My dad is super conservative, my teacher liberal. They're just 2 very different people, and yet I called him "Dad". It was just really embarrassing.

I have to go with Portal. Even with 2 games, they have been the best games I have played to date. Personally, Portal 2 was much stronger than the first one, but I still love both so much.

So my favorite Christmas movie is Die Hard. Before you criticize or say anything, know that it occurs during Christmas-time, and has several themes and quotes in the spirit of the holiday (i.e. "Now I have a machine gun. Ho ho ho.", "'Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, except... the four a**holes coming in the rear in standard two-by-two cover formation.") I love a good action-holiday movie; it always gets me in the mood.

'Tis the season!

Django Unchained. Really just a superb movie and another notch in great Quentin Tarantino movies. Here's my personal favorite part of the movie:
SPOILERS BY THE WAY IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE MOVIE BUT PLAN TO, DO NOT WATCH.

Man this is tough. But I have to go with An Awesome Wave by Alt-j. The entire album just flows so well together and I honestly just love it. They actually just came out with their new album, so yeah. : D

My favorite song off the album. Enjoy!

I'm 5'7". As a junior in high school, I am REALLY short, or at least to everyone in my grade. Almost every guy and several of the girls are a good 3 to 4 inches taller than me. But I like to be able to say that I take on a lot from my mom (she's a 5 foot Asian woman, the best there is ) and I'm don't mind it too much.

I weigh roughly 170. I don't have a scale in my house, but I go to the doctors fairly often (for medical and athletic reasons), so I usually have a good estimate on my weight.

I often do it just as a force of habit. I just did it right now. But uh I remember when a kid told me once in 3rd grade that cracking my fingers would give me arthritis, so I stopped until around high school, where I did it unknowingly out of the blue. I also found out that it pretty much won't give you arthritis or anything of the sort, so I continue. For me, it's, oddly enough, a stress reliever, as it helps takes my mind off a certain problem and helps clear my head. No has told me that is had ever annoyed them, so I don't really have any purpose to not. Sorry for everyone that does find it annoying!

I have 2 really prominent phobias and, oddly enough, they're really contradictory: Claustrophobia and Agoraphobia, the fears of small spaces and open spaces, respectively. I've always been claustrophobic since I was a kid, as I remember being in a lockbox at a camping ground (it was for hide-and-seek) and not being able to open the door outward. After 5 minutes or so I began hyperventilating, and looking back now, I'm pretty sure I was having a legitimate panic attack. Luckily, I had made enough noise for someone to find me, and that was pretty much the end of it.

My fear of open spaces isn't nearly as bad, as it only really applies to being in massive open rooms. Being in a large clearing in the outdoors has little to not effect on me, but large rooms or buildings have been a problem for me before. In fact, a few weeks ago, I was apart of an honor band wear we got to perform in this very large auditorium. The first time we walked on stage and into the big room for practicing, I just saw the massiveness of the room and pretty quick I began feeling sick and tense. Generally after a few deep breaths, I can calm myself down a bit, and I have been fortunate enough to have never had a serious problem with it.

So that's my spiel. Thanks

My favorite gym leader is Norman, mostly because it's really awesome to train and get to that sort of mini-climax of being able to finally beat your dad and having that sense of accomplishment. Also, wrecking Slaking feels AMAZING. Drake's my favorite E4 cause dragons. And I never really cared for the Frontier Brains, so yeah.
