geeogree : The problem is 6-8 months depending on how much you apply yourself. I first started out wanting to go into forestry but it's only seasonal work because of being on a fire crew it's only during fire season obviously. Even though you can get about 15 grand during that time but your working 16 hour days 7 days a week, after that you need a lame job throughout the month. Finally I decided on stonework and cement laying. 19$ hourly will eventually raise up about 6-9 dollars depending on where I'm at. The pay is great and I'll be in a Thanks I'll try hard and hopefully carve out a little place in this world for me. geeogree : The problem is 6-8 months depending on how much you apply yourself. Remember me? My last thread was a grip of time ago telling you all that I got into a federal program called Jobcore. Well I'm here and I found a proxy so I can finally get onto Vizzed. Everything is great here and I will be able to get into a P.S They say it's like a college here but it's more along the lines of a highschool. They got the "jocks" etc.. Also a student goverment bleh. Remember me? My last thread was a grip of time ago telling you all that I got into a federal program called Jobcore. Kudos for your husband accommodating your soggy bread problem. You can tell him thumbs up for that, I don't think I would do that unless she wasn't eating. I don't know if this is unoriginal but if I'm idle for any amount of time then I drum my fingers or feet in a order that begins with how the pattern was initiated. A example would be if I started moving my middle finger then I sequence would start from that. Depending on the finger or toe then it varies, each finger or toe has a pattern that follows. They varies from simple one two three and back again to a complex pattern that starts from that certain appendage. This is kind of weird and obsessive but it keeps my mind in order and helps me with alot of things. I read that information and I can say that I'm thoroughly freaked out now. I want to delve deeper and discover the underlying meaning of Hello Kitty. I will never endorse or support the Kitty ever and I hope if I ever have a daughter she will shy away from this satanic offspring. This will make for a interesting topic at my next DnD get together. |

From what I know and see alot of people think they're good at a game but really are just not playing against skilled players. I had a complex with Smash Bros for a time then I went into competitions and tournys.. I soon realized I was decent but there are plenty of players who know the real structure and everything that goes with it like move cancellation and things of that sort. I'm decent at Smash Bros, Halo, Fire Emblem I rock at Killer Instinct (Maybe I just haven't had a go at good players) and Tony Hawk. I wasted alot of time on Tony Hawk games and Skate it's more that I have applied practice and time instead of being naturally good at it. Singelli : Well I don't think it is difficult learning how to stroke with a paint brush so I would say 8-9 months or maybe even sooner if I can show them I ready for a job. Yes the security and everything about it, including new people are all going to be great. I already had a tour and met with a couple kids and some older guys and I fit in already and I'm not even enrolled yet, that was something I really liked. People I can relate to and be friends with without having to watch what I say (not cussing just speaking my mind) or how I dress etc etc.. You know the stuff that goes with teenagers and clicks and all that wonderfully disfuctional school stuff. |

Singelli : It's a 9-24 month program depending on fast you go and the pace at which you complete it. They have people who will get with you after the program and help you find a job it's like a 95% employment after you get out. I don't know if everyone can get a apprenticeship once they get out but I woul definetly go for it. If I graduate then I will go directly into the service after that so I can have something even better. Oh and a correction it's 6am to 5pm so it's a little bit earlier, but I can handle that and the authority issues. Thank you for the grats and I'll do my best. |

Errmahgerd yusssss I finally got accepted into the WolfCreek Jobcore. For those of you who don't know what it is, it's a vocational school that teaches you a trade. I've been waiting for about four months now, waiting every single day for the phone call. I got the call. Yes. This is a really great thing for me ![]() I have never really been good in school. Not because I can't do the work but I can't concentrate or I get in fights with the students and verbal arguments with the teachers. There are other things that are in the equation but I don't really want to disclose that information. By going to WolfCreek I can work on getting a little niche filled out for me in this world. I'm applied for building repair, brick laying and the painters program. They have a spot open for the painting and I took it. This school is strict and have a 9-5 sort of deal but I can defiantly deal with it. I will try as much as I can to keep on coming into the forums and being a active member as much as I can. I will be sure to keep people posted on how I'm doing and the things that are going on. I need a favor also. This place I have no idea about and I may not make friends quick so Vizzed would defiantly help with the process of starting to feel at home there. I know some of you have been through this sort of thing or have moved into a new place. Wish me luck, it will be hard but it's a good opportunity for me and for a family that I will eventually want to start and a gaming habit to support ![]() ![]() I have never really been good in school. I agree on it being " A breathe of fresh air" no matter how I try and go for the older gens I just can't keep off of the 90's I just think that was the perfect time for having really high quality story lines and alot of crying, laughs and all the great things that come with movies! Like I said before, maybe it's just because I grew up watching the gen and I am fiercely loyal to it. Maybe it truly was the breaking through point for people. I'm not a critic or a Hollywood producer so I don't have all this talk but this is and will be always my favorite time. Maybe it truly was the breaking through point for people. I think that companies except for Activision and Nintendo don't do alot of remakes because of the time and money they put into it and spinning a wheel hoping some nostalgic gamers will buy it for the HD experience. When I see a remake I like I instantly think " Why buy it I already play/own the game and graphics aren't a big deal." if you really want to see smoother graphics then go ahead and buy it, but to keep it original and save you money keep on keepin on with the older game. When you remake a old game you're competing with new games like Halo and COD so the demand of your game will only be a few curious buyers and like I said previously the people who have already played the game who will sacrifice their money for not a new game experience but just better graphics. If they alter the story line and the weapons, armor, levels and characters then they actually remake it for the newer generation. You might as well put a 2 after the title and sell a completely different game that may hit off a series... I think I'm on to something! But anyways I'll answer your question now lol. Don't laugh because it's something weird but I would love if they made The Lion King remade from the Sega Genesis into a better looking game with more platforming complexity and a variety of enemies to dodge and jump over. Weird right? Don't judge me. My name is Sam and alot of people have that name and I almost never get to use Sam on any online games, ps3 or xbox live so I picked mine because of the the name not being used as much as Sam also the closeness it has to my name. I like using the name on almost anything historic or old because it makes me feel like the name fits in to it in a way not like King Richard III but you get the point. But it get this itching feeling that it reminds people of a eel like Sam eel ha ha. I like eels though so that's fine! They're very cool now that I thought about that I'm going to watch some documentaries on them online ![]() ![]() |

What's your all time favorite of the 90's Which generation do you like more and why? Maybe it's because I grew up with them or that I have watched them a bunch of times but I love the movies of that generation. All of the new ones are focused on the special effects and who is starring in them. Well all movies are concerned with those things but my opinion more today than of that time. 70's though 80's were just to old for my taste in a generalization and the newer ones are animated which I don't like or are just the mission impossible kind of movie. I like movies of every time but I favor 90's more than anything. There are cult classics an stuff like that, I go online and look for them and watch most of them and I can see why they have become a classic of a box office hit but it just doesn't hit the spot like the 90's. Singelli : I like the poems, very cool I don't really have a artistic touch or anything but I can tell when someone puts their emotions and heart into them. My sister used to write them and I even wrote one once and it has gotten a lot of good feed back but that was the first and last one I'll write for along time. |

Yeah that sucks when you get your controller all greasy with food but you still want to eat and play. That's why if I have chips or something of that sort I wait till the loading screen. On games like Skyrim that's okay because there is so many flippin loading screens and the wait is long. The world really isn't that big I never got it. The concept art enemies and characters is satisfying. Don't lie we all have rotated the dragon like 100 times mwhahaa |

I never weight myself because I'm so frustrated with how skinny I am. I'm not a bean pole but I just am tired of not being able to gain weight. I've been on weight gaining diets and stuff of that sort it never fails. If I work out I have to eat like 4-6 meals a day and drink shakes so I don't burn myself out. I think it's called metabolism system that burns calories and I can injest fast food all day and sit on my butt playing Halo and not gain a lb. If I let myself go and not take care of myself I can lose 10-15 lbs in two week period but at the moment I weight 155 and I'm 6 ft and that's when I'm constantly eating and doing things to promote weight gain. I hope when I get older, much older that my system slows down a bit and I can gain so weight so I can have more mass. I was even called "rag doll" in grade school because I was so easy to push into the lockers ![]() If I let myself go and not take care of myself I can lose 10-15 lbs in two week period but at the moment I weight 155 and I'm 6 ft and that's when I'm constantly eating and doing things to promote weight gain. I worked at IHOP a pancake house and our health and wellness morals were down in the gutter. We have passed with Ds and Cs so many times. It was awful working there and as you know only one man can do so much, no matter how much I cleaned or picked up after other employees it was dirty the next day. I heard a rumor that it was going to shut down so they were more lenient on the employees, but cutting corners on cleanliness and things like that should be a big no no. The managers just didn't care anymore except about squeezing as much money out of the company as possible before they shut it down. It was sickening and there was nothing I could do like complain to the managers or owners because they were the source of all the problems. I saw things that I don't even want to repeat it was so disgusting ![]() I heard a rumor that it was going to shut down so they were more lenient on the employees, but cutting corners on cleanliness and things like that should be a big no no. Talking about Season 3 so don't read if you haven't watched it yet. I have been catching up on the series online and I'm almost to where I can go record every Friday and watch it then I like this show more than alot of them that are on the air right now. Anyways I watched were the group gets into conflict and Rick said "This isn't a democracy anymore." They go into the prison and the baby is born. I really think that he shouldn't have put his mother down and should have rushed out and got the Dr. but maybe she was so far gone that even he couldn't help her. The bleed out was pretty bad but still there is always a chance. Oh yeah and Merl? Oh my gosh that is a amazing part, so cool. He is alive! I knew he wouldn't have bled out from getting his hand chopped off, maybe ate by walkers but he is way tough for any other thing to pull him down. Even though he is a you know what to everyone and a racist I like him and think he could be a good protecter of Ricks group[ as long as a keeps his hands clean and watches his mouth. I mean he has a blade for a hand now so you can't really top that. Talking about Season 3 so don't read if you haven't watched it yet. I like the original Paper Mario... I was happy about the TTYD but I just didn't have the excitement I had when I inserted that cartridge inside of the 64. The one on the Wii was such a different style and wasn't turn based so I played for a bit then turned it off. I was scratching my head at that one, but I guess a newer generation likes that style of game play. I would have expected they would keep on the style of it with just more add ons because they were doing right by me but no big deal I don't like the Wii anyways. I like Nintendo and always will but the Wii is for the six year old except for a couple of games like Red Steel, Fire Emblem, Metroid etc.. Just not a whole bunch of game selection that I can play without feeling like a sheltered kid. I'll give the next console after the Wii U a chance and see how they do. |

I was heart broken about this also even though I'm not a big pastry fan. I actually was staying up with my friend last night and we got into the conversation of Twinkies so we took a trip down the road and got some at the local 7-11. But there will still be Little Debbie's around and I like Zebra Cakes when I am in the mood for a processed pasty ![]() ![]() |
