Somewhat following up with what yoshi said, I'd like to recommend implementing a minimum bid raise amount. It'd help stop all this 1+ Viz stuff, and help the auction go a bit faster.

zanderlex : CP multipliers count towards non-staff actions too you know. They count for all actions.

And I forgot about Patreon multipliers, which only makes the competition even more unfair.

Point is, the CP multiplier is a clear advantage in the red jersey and making it so only the base CP counts would fix that problem. People are supposed to be on equal playing grounds.

While turning off the multipliers completely for TdV might cause some fuss, just having the extra CP not count would make it more fair and staff still get their normal amount of CP.

Staff already has a huge advantage over non-staff in the TdV, which most likely turned normal users from competing. Lexatom has had personal experience with how winning a TdV without being staff was basically an uphill, unfair battle from start to finish. This would be a step in the right direction, and hopefully make more people be enticed in competing.

I'd also like to recommend doing something about the higher staff CP action limits compared to regular users.

Edit: forgot that CP multipliers applied to anyone with enough CP. Still you can ignore the extra CP and not have it count for red and staff usually have more CP by default from having to reach their quotas.

I'm voting for Minuano. I have no doubt he'd be a good admin, and although he doesn't have an agenda per say, listening to the community is what this entire redo of the mod position has been about. He's also able to connect with the regular userbase really well, and I believe he'd do his best to push Vizzed towards the better.

I like the idea, though I'd like to recommend that even if you have someone blocked, you have the option to see someone's blocked posts. Context in a forum setting is important after all.
