BNuge : well ok with that noted... its an attack-enhancing item?!? like... light ball... but i dont think raichu has that high of an atttack... Lucky punch and stick only increase critical hints, i believe... I know this pokemon is from generation one though, like all of them are except like... latias and latios i think... maybe giratina/ dialga. Before gen IV is like... a bad hint but ok im just gonna go with my guts..

im really not quite sure but i am going to guess Groudon, its a ground type yet its ability makes sunny day, a fire type move! and there are no other version mascots with the ground type, too
