LunarDarkness2 : Thanks for the support! That is kind of weird and funny that we both thought of it at the same time! We could both make shows, and then Vizzed can have 2 exclusive videos per week! Now how cool would that be? I will most likely do this (I am really interested in it) and I think it would be awesome if you, and anyone else who wanted to, did it also! Again, thanks for the support though, and if you have any suggestions let me know! Thanks for the support! That is kind of weird and funny that we both thought of it at the same time! Direct link for video: https://youtu.be/HmJx5CIRWMA Okay, so I have voiced my opinion multiple times and I have pushed lightly for some youtube content related to Vizzed. Not to throw anyone under the bus, but the whole idea has been a feet dragging experience - and I don't really want to wait around anymore. So, I took a few hours out of my day to make a proof of concept video of the idea that I have. I originally had a similar, more watered down version of this idea suggests for "Vizzed Productions," but I am going to try and just do it myself and see what everyone thinks. This way, I don't have to worry about feet dragging and I can make sure I think everything is up to my own standards. Here is the flow of the video that I have developed, and will show in the video: ![]() I am going through options to see what can be done for the TdV section, as I think that the TdV section will be very popular when TdV comes around. The Fantasy TdV idea will be drawn up into more detail soon, before the next TdV, if it gains any attention. I am accepting any and all criticism. This video is not associated with Vizzed Productions, so all suggestions/concerns should be shared here or pm'd directly to me! If you know somebody from vizzed who might be interested in the idea, and might have some feedback - please spread the word! Summon them, pm them, throw a rock at their window - do whatever you can! I would be thankful. Direct link for video: https://youtu.be/HmJx5CIRWMA Okay, so I have voiced my opinion multiple times and I have pushed lightly for some youtube content related to Vizzed. TristanTehGamer1 : I actually used to watch Woody, the unexceptional gamer! I had no idea he did that -if I did I honestly would have stopped watching him. I stopped watching ReviewTechUSA specifically because he ripped off a smaller YouTuber out of 200$ and the reasoning was "because life isn't fair and he should learn that." I never went on to be a keyboard warrior, I just unsubbed and got my fill somewhere else. I do not at all blame YouTubers for wanting to make some extra money, but when they do it in a manner that is just unethical (charging 200 bucks to be on a friends list for example), I don't want to support them. Anyways, I wouldn't say that Markiplier is a bad channel, but more that I find his content boring. He tries too hard to be like Pewds. I will say that I think Ali-A and TmArtn are strictly money hungry and don't care about the quality of their content. It's a shame, there are smaller youtubers out there putting in 110% effort for the same content that will never be recognized because people like tmartn and Ali-A just kind of ride the lazy train to success. Also, I used to love drift0r, but he is becoming money hungry too. His in-depth series is full of errors, and you can easily get all the info from Reddit that he talks about - except you get it from Reddit literally the day after the game comes out. So he just kind of acts like he "tests" these weapons, when in reality all he does is read off of a chart and stretch it for 4 minutes per video. He is even doing "God Weapons" and "Supply drop openings" now, and is the reason I ultimately recently unsubbed from him. He is becoming just another lazy train YouTuber. I know Pewdiepie gets a TON of hate from basically everyone, but at least he releases constant original content - and you can tell he puts a ton of effort into every video. Whether you like or dislike his content or not, he is definitely putting in the work and that is more than I can say about a lot of bigger Youtubers. Wow, I'm honestly surprised that not a single person actually defended Trump. *Prepares for dislikes* Honestly, I don't get the hate against Donald Trump. He's a loud mouth, arrogant, rich T.V. celebrity who owns casinos and whatever else. He is exactly who he is, and he is refusing to hide it. All other candidates, other than Bernie Sanders, are hiding a great amount of stuff. Why? Because politics. So the only two people who aren't holding their cards to their chest are in the lead for their respective targeted parties. I don't think this is by accident - it's because people are getting tired of electing puppets who are bought out by the Koch brothers and oil barons to do what they want in the most blatantly obvious fashion. First of all, Donald Trump - along with all other presidents who follow the rules - need to go through congress to get things done. So just about all the crazy stuff he proposed will probably never happen unless he decides to just bypass congress like other presidents, President Obama, have in the past (according the news outlets). So Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders have both made big promises - From legalizing medicinal marijuana to building a giant wall for basically no reason. Both of those things are examples of things that don't just magically happen because they said so during their campaign. I won't go any further on the matter, I'll just say that complaining about Trump is pointless in my eyes. Oh, and I'm voting Bernie Sanders. I have always leaned Republican, but I feel like Bernie is more serious about fixing problems. *Prepares for dislikes* Honestly, I don't get the hate against Donald Trump. This post had me literally laughing my butt off. Well played! I was like "Hold on, did I miss something important in the YouTubez world?" Nothing like good satire once in awhile to keep you in high spirits! I wouldn't mind if I stopped seeing his videos in my recommendations though - I truly don't find him all that entertaining. I mean, his voice is cool, but like I feel like he tries way too hard to be like Pewdiepie. Eniitan : You know, that is a dang fine point I didn't even think about. They really never go into detail about Paine's story. Like why is she so strong? Why is she the only one who knows how to dress modestly? What would she do for a Klondike bar? Can she still not believe it's not butter? Seriously though, like I honestly know next to nothing about Paine. I may or may not have been burnt out by TdV. Don't judge me lol Seriously though, like I honestly know next to nothing about Paine. Honestly, I think they all had their moments in their own ways, and I wouldn't just want to change a game altogether because I personally didn't agree with on thing or another. However, if I was forced to choose one game to completely redo - I find the choice astoundingly easy. I would have totally thrown out the story of FFX-2, and redid it to be more in line with FFX. Final Fantasy X is my favorite Final Fantasy, so when I played FFX-2 for the first time I was so completely lost. The soundtrack drove me insane, the half naked characters was an obvious tactic used to attract boys in their youth to getting the game, and the story is pretty out there. Now I ended up enjoying the story towards the middle and end, but the entire beginning I just wanted to take the disc out and throw it away. The battle system I really didn't like at first, but then I learned it and it became fun - that is until I figured out Lady Luck was totally OP, then the game became a literal cake walk. So the balancing was off, the story was off, the soundtrack was off, and the character models was off (intentionally). For these reasons, FFX-2 is the game I'd want completely redone. So... did the idea die? I notice there isn't much activity here since forever ago, which is a shame because I wanted to see what it would look like. I remember suggesting a few ideas and they were pretty much ignored, but I figured it was because there was something greater in the works. So I guess what I am trying to ask is - Is it still in the works? If not, any reason why? I really thought this idea was going places so I'm just interested in knowing what's going on. I've been overloaded with stuff to do lately, I only have been skimming through Vizzed to see what's going on. If the lead shrinks to 30 points, I'll make sure to go on a posting spree with huge word counts lol. |

Yuna1000 : Great points all around! I did take into consideration everything you said (except the filler thing, I never got that feedback yet, so I'll have to work on that). The three points that I am currently on a correction course are: 1. No movement. My movement in virtually every video after my first is way, way less. Being it was the most prominent feedback from Vizzed, family, and YouTube itself - It was the obvious first place to start. 2. Word flow. I realize that there is a reason YouTubers edit their talks to make an artificially "good" sounding scr 3. I'm not an actor, and won't pretend to be. I can edit to my hearts content, but I just personally don't think rehearsing is what I should do. People know pretty easily when someone is saying something "perfectly." The YouTubers I watch are very obviously winging it. Now, I know they have 1,000's of hours of experience - and that's obviously helped them get very good. I'll just keep working on it though, because I really don't want to sound like a robot (even if it sounds more professional, I'd rather be relate-able). I'll be working on more stuff as I go along, but I am going to prioritize the things that most annoyed the most people. First video was the main one to draw negative feedback (10+ complaints on first video versus 1 complaint (Green screen related) for all post-released content combined), so I'm hoping this means I'm actually making progress. I guess the main thing I'm really having to learn is the balance of the main point, my opinion, and miscellaneous thoughts. To make a conversation feel personal, I really have to make sure what I say makes sense, and I have to make sure I can give relatable examples to my target audience (Ages 18-27). I did realize my opinion has to be much more effective, and can never be "no opinion" again. It just sounded stupid, to be honest. I'm not sure why I thought it was okay, but I digress. I will always have an opinion, because everyone always has an opinion about everything haha! Thank you for the feedback, I am listening to all of the feedback I receive. So, we knew this thread's day would surface eventually - and it finally has. The question is a simple one: What's the best Final Fantasy game in your opinion? Want to go the extra mile; explain why it's the best - or at least your favorite. To get the party started, I'll share my favorite Final Fantasy that to me personally is the best. Final Fantasy X Why? Because it was absolutely stunning for its time. Fully voice acted, amazing story that makes a man punch walls to regain manliness after playing, blitzball, and the turn based combat system. If you take anything from my opinion is to why I think FFX was the best, it's the combat system. I personally love to be able to strategize and out think the opponent. It's arguable that the late game is brought down by the fact that "Quick hit" is overpowered, and you're right. Leading up to that though, the sphere grid level up system seriously puts the control in your hands - allowing the customization you want and need for your team. I honestly loved blitzball to a near unhealthy level. Like, I kid you not, I probably had 200+ games under my belt on the PS2. When I got the remastered version, again, I played it probably more than I did the end game content. Actually, it isn't even a probably, I have no doubt that I played it more than in-game content. For whatever reason, when I went to get Waka's celestial weapon, I started to really dislike blitzball. I'm not sure why, but it went from being fun - to being a chore. I guess because I had to do it, I didn't want to do it. I don't play blitzball anymore honestly, but man it was really fun. I always kind of wished that Square released a side game for like 20 bucks of straight Blitzball featuring Final Fantasy characters. I know I would have definitely gotten it as long as they 100% avoid what they did to blitzball in Final Fantasy X-2. I don't play blitzball anymore honestly, but man it was really fun. geeogree : Wow, see I don't pay attention to director's in full honesty - but I've seen 4 of those and liked them all (Gladiator is in my top 5 favorites, seen it at least 10 times). I've never seen G.I. Jane, but his other movies are great. Clearly, Ridley Scott knows what he's doing. I feel like I should pay attention to director's more though, because I'm always the guy who has no idea who a certain director is haha. Looking at his his past movies, he even did Black Hawk Down which is yet another of my favorites. I love this man. geeogree : Exactly! This movie really surprised me with just how amazing it really was. The story being believe, CGI, tough decisions, and well placed humor were great works of art. Whoever directed this really had a good vision and kept it on track. They could have very easily messed up the entire movie with the way the split it between Earth and Mars like they did - but somehow they pulled it off and it made the movie a no-doubt favorite for me. EX Palen : This is it, this is all I ever wanted to hear in my life. "You could almost use a throne." I'm calling all of my family members to tell them it has finally been said by someone other than myself! Haha, yeah. My temporary solution is to actually put duct tape on the floor in the shape of a box. If I step out of the box, I have to stop recording and re-do the segment. I feel like it's the only way I can really force myself to want to stay still (it's hard punishing yourself). It's awesome you're studying journalism! I really wish I could learn it, I love that kind of work. Anyways, thanks a lot for the feedback. *Tries hardest not to let the handsome statement to get to my head* This is it, this is all I ever wanted to hear in my life. "You could almost use a throne." It was only 1k Viz I think. It was the one you did just before this event. I know you're busy though, so don't worry about looking for it, 1k is not the end of the world haha. |
