Yeah I did it on pokemon blue and cuaght missingno around the edge of cinnabar island and when I leveled it up with rare candies it evolved in to mewtwo at level 150 something. By the way no I don't think you can do the same on leaf green or fire red.

Loads of people just pick fire types because they seem cool or tough but when you look closer at stats I think grass is better so my favourite would probably be snivy or turtwig.

You should swap wingull for a stronger water type like gyrados and get rid of mightyena because it isn't very useful. Also you should get a flying type to learn fly. I think the rest should be fine once you level them up and make them stronger.

You should try and think about things like ev's and also you might need to have a look at your items as well because a lot of them don't go with your Pokémon. After you've looked at all of these things you'll probably end up with a pretty decent team.

It's hard to tell because it should really be a level 100 or above because it has been  with ash through all the regions but its still loses a lot sometimes to other trainers Pokémon which don't have much experience.

I like pikachu because he is original and he learns loads of moves whereas raichu learns about for moves. Also pikachu can use moves like volt tackle and other things like that. But I guess raichu would be stronger after he learned pikachu's moves.
