hunter31626 : You forget about this thread or something? Because I sorta did and I didn't get any reminders from you about it, But it's past due by a couple of days now and we need a new weekly question, so without further ado allow me to get started.

Do you prefer the original show My Little Pony:Friendship is Magic more or do you prefer the fan works of the show such as fan-fictions, videos, original episodes, music, voice dubbing, games etc. If you do which do you prefer? And you are not limited to just one answer to make sure that's clear.

But oh where should I begin with answering this question? I mean yeah it's my question and all but still, I wanna answer it too! But let's focus now, well, I first came across the actual show before I really came across anything else that has to do with My Little Pony except maybe a G3 doll or two at someones house, but this is all about G4 so let's stay on topic, shall we? Well, I'm a musician myself and I do truly love a lot of music including brony music, I also enjoy the show though, as well as a good fan fiction and even the occasional video or two as well, but I mean it was all started by the show wasn't it? I mean c'mon now, without the show we wouldn't have any of these amazing works of art now would we? No we would not precious... Although I do sort of like some of the fan works more than the actual show so I'm really indifferent when it comes to my opinion on said question, this is only my answer though so we'll see how everyone else answers when they get around to responding to this post or question or thing.

I love the show but until season 4 comes im watching a lot of fan made stuff. mrponiator is good the day after an episode ends because he spoofs it.

I like the fan made stuff more, in general.  Ever since I discovered the Doctor Whooves: The Voice of the Elder comic, I fell in love with it.  I laughed at the inside jokes I got (like Rarity saying "Of all the things that could happen, this is THE WORST POSSIBLE THING!") and enjoyed seeing ponies in battle.

supernerd117 : Dude, I absolutely loved that comic, I mean on a huge level loved, like.... It's almost as good as "Through the eyes of another pony" loved. Too bad it's not finished eh? But anyway, I need to ask a new weekly question here so that's what I'm going to do.

So here it is: Are you interested in a My Little Pony role-play featuring canon characters and OCs? I'm currently running one at the moment and the reason I ask is because I am trying to expand the players a little bit before I continue because I'm already having to pick up extra characters (When I want mostly everyone to have one.) just because someone needs to be able to give voice to certain characters like Twilight (She's mine!) and others that will be encountered in the story. So I'm basically trying to keep the new people in coming in order to make this RP a little more detailed.

That is an interesting question so an interesting or at least diverse answer you shall receive. Not to mention I sadly forgot to answer last weeks question. So let me go ahead and answer both. 

OC's: No sadly I do not have one. I think it'd be a bit hard for me to come up with one honestly and it be a good one if not witty. I'm pretty great at character development and such but when it comes to making a pony I hit a roadblock for whatever reason. But I guess it comes down to it not being in a sense "stupid". That aside I think Oc's are pretty amazing, at least when they are done right and actually are original or sometime based of their creator to a degree. I've been stuck with RD (Rainbow Dash) as my nickname by my closest friends for my athletics and my loyalty. I like to think myself more of a tech person but meh, I accept it. If I ever come up with one, you'll be sure to hear about it.

Next question: Pony canon or fandom?

Ah yes, the beloved...well, sometimes beloved fandom. I would say i'm really caught in the middle honestly. I really do love the show and I mean it kills me when I miss the date a new episode airs. It is such a good comforting show that reminds me of a lot of things but when its over i'm in a very cheerful and happy disposition. What more could you ask for a show? But the fandom...oh the fandom, that is a different animal entirely. There are so many unique things created and written in the sake of ponydom, inspiration, and pure creativeness. I love a lot of the music that has been made, even a Pony National Anthem i've picked up and that bad boy is on my ipod for sure. And we can't forget the amazing commissioned artwork all over the net and deviant art. You get to see some of the cutest most mind blowing pictures ever from so many different artists. Trust me, my iphone is blown up with multiple pony wallpapers, especially based on seasons. Now for the biggest part I love about the fandom: Fanfic.

I'm an "Egghead". A proud one at that! XD I love books, stories, whatever. I'm always looking for something new to entertain my busy mind. What better to look than FIMFiction. Brilliant minds and beginner writers sprout up here all the time and i've seen the change in OC and pony Canon be thrown around here after every episode. But even with the good there are some odd ends and weird things out there. Some of the darker content that spreads throughout the fandom is....interesting but...not what i'd imagine to show up. But then again, every fandom has something like that to a point. But there are many great stories written. From romance to tragedy, to pure adventure and slice of life, the fandom in itself is something to behold and really love. It is very difficult for me to even decide which one could be better so I leave it at a tie for now.

But i'm always paying attention to the fandom and seeing what changes occur. I know there are a lot of uncertainties out there like EQG and Alicorn Twilight but to me, these are things I can openly accept as long as the creators don't botch things too bad and the fandom can accept it as well. Bigger and better things are always on the horizon and that means good times for both the canon show and the fandom.

A pony RP you say? That sounds mighty interesting. I could join for sure by my only issue is, as i've stated above, having trouble coming up with my own OC. There are times where I have creative genius and other times that part of my brain hardly exists. If I can come up with something i'll be sure to let you know and have you fill me in on whats up. I know i'm part of the Star Fox RP as is so maybe I can get a creative boost going here at some point and possibly help you out at all if possible. 

Do you listen to My Little Pony fan made music?

Frodlex : Why yes, yes I do. There's some pretty good works out there. So when I crank on youtube I throw in some pony music into the mix.

to pony music more then I do regular music. sometimes a pmv of regular music so it crosses both pony and music I love (Pinkie Floyd instead of Pink Floyd).

For me it was apple bloom before but, I changed to sweetie belle because shes cute. And to mention a great singer out of the group. ^-^

hunter31626 : Oh darn...this is a tough one. I'd say Sweetie Belle. Her singing is so bad it's good I like all the CMC almost more than I do the Mane 6. lol

I would have to choose Sweetie Belle myself as well. She does have great singing skills and she does try her best o be formal and please her sister, Rarity. But I choose Sweetie because she tends to be...well the "Middle Pony" in this case. She's the fun loving, innocent neutral out of Apple Bloom and the Chicken  I mean Scootaloo.

Whenever Scoots and Apple Bloom get in a fight, Sweetie is always stuck in the middle. She's awesome for putting up with those situations. Other than that i'd have to say I like the CMC quite a bit and I liked Babs after she wasn't a bully. Hopefully we see even more of her in the new season, it'd be awesome to see some new things with the new additional member of the CMC.

To answer... Yes, I have, watched it on the hub at a friends and I was very pleased with it. I would recommend it to everyone who is caught up with the series.

I don't plan on watching season for, until some episodes has come out. Because when I see something I know with a new season. I would watch the first episode, see the preview to the 2nd episode and say... *When is it coming out?! I can't wait! Come out now! * I know....that is the thing I am inpatient with....
