LOL, while trying to keep a decent quality, I don't think that 50-60 is really that feasible.

On the other end, I can afford to slack a little bit on my word count. It's still at 50 which I'm trying to maintain.

Plus I've always done a fairly good job of maintaining one of the better quality posts on the board, even if I don't type out a 1000 word post.

Lengthy posts can be spammier than 3 word posts.

I just go for what's more entertaining

LOL, well I actually have rarely posted in the last hour or two of the day until this month, but that is the stress of balancing studying for 12 different courses at once.

If you actually see, unlike many of the VCS champions, the 11-12 hour is 5th or 6th for me in terms of number of posts.

Sept continues to screw people out of jerseys to have only HIM have them all. Slowly, he is trying to grab Green again, so he will hog every last one for the entire month. So much for variety

septembern : I clicked on the link in your post, it seemed that you're active in some of the hours, but mostly in the hours that you have posted 900+ or 1000+ times in a hour in total alltime stats.

It might not be active as some other people, but I am never awake at 1-6 AM to post, it is weird that I only ever posted ONCE in hour 7, but it appeared that my most active hours are 15-19.

Anyways, the competition is really tough now, it is just getting too much for me to handle, like I said, "I quit post sprees ever since I got my yellow and first jersey." So...

My difficulties for the contest here is:
• There is no way I can get first in jerseys in situations, such as Davideo7 competing at times, or there is crazy enough posting spreers.
• I have stopped spreeing.
• And I have a 1 in NEVER chance to get either a banner or all four jerseys at once.

Davideo7 : This may or may not be the right place to post this idea, but, how about for the next Tour De Vizzed competition, we make it so that you can only win one jersey each day, and the one you do win is the one you have the least amount of points in total. The rest of the jerseys you win go to the 2nd place winner (Or 3rd, etc if the 2nd place is completely dominated by one person also). However, you still get points for earning first place for those jerseys, but you can only get 2 points for each. This way, not only will everybody get a fair chance at a jersey for the month, but it will also make last-hour-spreeing and such completely obliterated. What do you think, Nya~?

It's not MY idea, it's actually David's. He suggested it ages ago.

The midnight rule.

It's unfair to some posters like myself who can only get on at night, but it's the only way to truly prevent last second posting for jerseys.

It is much easier to make yourself impossible to pass during the day, anyways, because 1) A lot more people have either work or school, and B) Time Zones.

If you post a lot in the beginning of the day, people see you as having a spree.

But if you ONLY post enough at the end of the day to win, people seem to have a problem with it.

I have an idea. Do not know if somebody else has thrown this out there, but how about splitting it up. 6 hour time periods for a full point. !st gets 1, 2nd gets 0.8, 3rd gets 0.6, 4th gets 0.4, and 5th gets 0.2 . You do that in 4 different 6 hour periods. And to make up for the 5th and final point, you could take all the people tat got any points at all during the day, combine them, and then 1st overall gets another 1.0 points, 2nd overall gets another 0.8, and so on. I would like to see how this works, cause seeing everybody complain or what ever you want to call it disconcerting, especially for a noob like me.
