I need some help. I've never downloaded an emulator before and suddenly got the urge to play The Legend of Dragoon. I'm trying to get the ePSXe emulator to work but am having problems.

I'm on windows using the winRAR extraction program. If someone could help a first-timer install an emulator step by step I would really appreciate it. I've read the Readme and it does nothing for me.

Get-Your-Rom.Com is a cool site for downloading roms, ive searched high and low for a good rom site. most rom sites you get that voting system that takes forever for you to get the download. I just hope that Get-Your-Rom.com gets more playstation games. other than that its a great site.
