I'm truly sorry to hear this. I have known several people who have had cancer, and a couple of them have beaten it. I know there's not really anything anyone here can do, but I'm sure everyone here is wishing you well(I know I am).

Don't lose hope, and keep fighting. It is possible to beat leukemia, just keep strong. I really wish I could do more, but...Good luck. I'm looking forward to hear from you when you return to the board.

I'm new here so you don't know me, but you're one of the strongest people I've ever seen. You have the courage to admit that you're scared and you are trying your hardest to live with this terrible news. Most people would be breaking down and wallowing in self-pity but you're not. I never really knew you well, but after having read this, my deepest and most profound sorrys go to you. I'm not much on situations like this, but remember to stay strong and remember that god is watching over you. Never give up, and keep on fighting, is all I can say. Oh s***... I... can't believe this. I pray for you, Sakura. You don't deserve this. Now it's time to share with you a story... this is a true story that has happened to me.

I've always been the hyper one, due to my ADHD. You'd never be able to pin me down, even with nails. One day, during school, I start feeling... bad. Like I just had all the vitality drained from my bones. I fake vomiting to go home. I lay on the couch, hardly moving.

For the next 2 weeks, I have various tests run on me. Eventually, I have a cat scan and it's discovered that I have a cyst in my spleen.

I have surgery. Afterwards, the doctors say there is no reason why I'm alive. By all means, the cyst should have exploded, killing me. It was the size of a football. I fought with my brother all the time, so it could have, and should have, exploded.

Promise me this: never give up. You can pull through this. I know you can. At the very least tell your parents your username and password so they can keep us updated on your status. Not knowing is driving us crazy. I know I'm not the only one who thinks that.

You're in my thoughts, heart, and prayers. I truly wish I could do more to help you, alas, I cannot. I pray that God spares you. You don't deserve this.

And yet here i am!!! alive and rockin out!!!

I can say proudly that I beat those odds. I have a relative that is currently battling cancer and has beaten some odds of her own. I know what it feels like to have doctors tell you what you can and cannot do and to feel over matched and, although it is a rough road even the best most educated doctors can be proven wrong. My heart goes out to you and your family keep fighting you can do it…
