Overall rating: 8.5
Graphics: 9.0
The graphics are pretty good for an N.E.S. game. But then again, graphics don't make the game.
Sound: 9.5
Though the music isn't the greatest, it's still pretty good. The sound quality is great.
Addictiveness: 7.6
The game is fun, but not too addictive. I find myself playing it every few months or so.
Story: 8.0
I like dream worlds, and Mario and the gang spend their entire adventure inside one! You must save Subcon from an evil ruler named King Wart.
Depth: 7.0
The game is just an N.E.S. game so I wouldn't expect much. It contains seven worlds, but worlds 1,3, and 5 are grasslands. Also, 2 and 6 are deserts. 4 is snow, and 7 is clouds. so it's kind of like there's only 4 worlds. All together there are 20 levels, 8 bosses (not including Birdo, but including rematch bosses) and it's not too much but still fun. You also get to play as 4 characters: Mario- a normal type: Luigi- a jumping type: Toad- a speed type: Princess Toadstool- a flying type.
Difficulty: 6.0
So it is a challenge to beat this game. This game has 2 free continues, 1up games, and warp zones. So I rank this in the middle which is good.
