Hi there lovely people,

... I've got a quite strange and difficult problem: I've known Vizzed since 2010, but actually made an account in early 2011 under the user name 'Thaurbanlady' and I recently can't access my original account anymore.

I tried to log in, but somehow didn't get in. So when I tried to recover my password, I received a strange error that says my email address doesn't match my user name; which I found it very odd since I still got older mails from Vizzed in that same email address (with the corresponding original Vizzed account). So after searching and struggling on how to get this fixed, I just gave up and made this Vizzed account... with my same old email address—so essentially I've got two Vizzed accounts with the same email address, in which I can't access my original one anymore. I know it's very hard to believe and for me to proof it because of the anonymity and such, but I really want to know how to fix it. I also hope that I don't get in trouble for this, because I absolutely do NOT attempt to do any sort of fraud.

I just want to retrieve my original account, so that I can get delete my current one. If that is still possible. I thank you in advance.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
