So instead of starting a new thread and because this is, from all appearances, essentially the same problem as that which I am experiencing, I will post here instead of posting new clutter.

I downloaded the plugin a couple of weeks ago so I do not remember which games I specifically tried to play then, but from all appearances the problem is persistent across all games, certainly those which I have tried. The problem continues to be persistent.

I have read the FAQ & Help Center section titled "Plugin Not Found"  and have attempted every suggestion except for #5 about checking to be sure you are using the most updated version . . . I do not know how to check that and I am also doubtful that is the issue when it has in effect always been the problem. I mean, I'm assuming the original download link I got gave me the most recent version?

I am using Windows 8 and Chrome is my browser. I also tried alternatively on Internet Explorer, but had similar ill luck.
