Honestly, we are all born naked. I don't see what's wrong with the single organ on your mother's body used to keep you alive from birth to at least 4 months. I have a 3 month old, who I don't breast-feed, and it's sad, but I'm actually relieved that I don't (can't), because I would never be able to put up with all the negative comments I would get.
