HELP with RGR Plugin

So I was trying to install the RGR Plugin and play some Pokemon on the other site, and it always works right after I download it. But, after I turn off my computer and turn it back on, the Plugin does not work, and it says something about Flash in Google Chrome and tells me to turn on VIzzed Helper Service. I can't find this application anywhere. It also says the Plugin might be out of date but I have version 2.4.1. Can someone please help me with this?

I cant install the Vizzed RGR Plufin on my windows 7 home premium computer. The computer says its installed successfully, but when I try to play a game on Vizzed it tells me the plugin wasnt found. Can someone please help me because I really want to play the games.
