My favorite isn't quite a movie I guess, but it is an hour-long Christmas story called "Emmet Otter's Jug Band Christmas." I laugh and cry. Then I have to say A Christmas Story, Elf, and  I'm surprised so many liked Jingle All the Way. I do too. I'm sure I forgot some.

Brigand : Whatever.  If fascism is reality then so be it but I've never been close to rich. You think everyone should be forced to live according to your values but I'm a fascist. Ok. Taxes are only collected under the threat of violence you know, and they violate my religious freedom, and = therefore, my constitutional rights. Christ they're suing nuns over this crap. But tax the rich unfairly and they'll leave or spend their money elsewhere. So they raise their prices, so the poor suffer. And you don't have to worry about the mom & pop stores. Obamacare has taken care of most of them. (a tax) Give more money to the government, I'm sure iit'lll be spent wisely. Should taxes pay to send Iran a billion dollars when they hate us instead of being spent at home? Should taxes be used as start-up capital for failed green-energy projects? President Obama has spent more money than ALL previous presidents COMBINED. 9 TRILLION dollars. And you want to give him more power? Despite all his reckless spending and unconstitutional actions the country is going down the toilet. And his hand is on the handle. Local taxes yes. Federal taxes go for defense and very little else. And abolish the IRS. The more power you give them, the less resistance they endure, the more emboldened they feel. 

Yeah the stats are messed up for some players, and it does make you fumble way too much. At least the NES cartridge I have has the long extra points and 2 point conversions. Plus, Jordy Nelson isn't hurt in it. haha

Brigand : I know that taxes pay for infrastructure. Taxes should not pay for bribes to foreign leaders. Taxes should not pay to violate constitutional rights, line the pockets of politicians, subsidize laziness, support a welfare state. The middle class and poor always get hit the worst when taxes are increased.  You sound like a socialist.

Celestial Knight : He only enforces laws that he wants to for starters. You cannot blame Bush for his inept policies. And guess what? ALL presidents inherit problems from the previous administration. They just don't cry about it and use it as an excuse like he does. He's a rotten leader. All he does is try to divide the people. He literally insults people who disagree with him. Maybe that's the attraction? Not very presidential. National debt when obama took office- 9 trillion dollars. After 7 years - 18 trillion dollars. And you want to pay more taxes? Don't buy into that "tax the rich" garbage it's all talk. When he took office, suddenly 50% of Americans became racists? Uh huh. And he wants to go ahead with his Syrian refugee thing even though 70% of the population is against it. Why doesn't he have a majority in Congress and the Senate? His policies have crushed that party. So they lost both houses under his watch. He inherited a majority if you remember that far back. If you're only 18 you don't know any other president. America doesn't have to be all protests and attacking Christmas trees. Worst? I don't know. I don't but barely remember Jimmy Carter but he couldn't have been nearly as divisive.  Not to mention Obama himself admitted to being lazy. 

Banning something doesn't make it go away. It only creates more government waste. If you want a grenade launcher I'm sure you could get one regardless of any laws. War on drugs ring a bell? Especially considering that the US has virtually no control over who or what enters the country anyways. Felons shouldn't be allowed to buy a gun. Maybe put a limit on misdemeanors too. But the problem I have with psychological testing is who decides who's fit or not? Sure, there are the obvious cases, but there will be a gray area too. Too much opportunity for even more government corruption I say. And way more people are killed by handguns everyday anyways.

Celestial Knight : Humanity has always been savage and barbaric. I didn't include the rest of what you said for brevity and the fact that it didn't matter. I will disagree and say that mankind is just as savage and barbaric as ever. If not worse. Atheistic societies(like China) included. If God doesn't grant you rights who does? A government that is more than willing to sacrifice it's citizens for "the greater good"? Go ahead and ignore the rest of my post and focus on trivia though. G'day mate.

Celestial Knight : What you don't know is a lot friend. Every religion is not the same. At all. But I was an atheist too when I was 18 so my advice would be to not burn too many bridges. I didn't  just decide that God didn't exist someday and be done with it. I learned and studied and followed scientific advances in biology(my major in college), cosmology, and particle theory for years to try to find a way to disprove God. Eventually I realized that there aren't any. Atheists like to tell theists that it's on them to prove that there's a God. Is that because when they try to prove there isn't one they always fall short? I'm not trying to bust your chops on this last remark you made but you said religion provided a moral code for "a time where humanity was rather savage and barbaric" as opposed to when? Certainly not today. Peace.

Celestial Knight : I'm glad that you think your title was 'clever'. There is no evidence that unicorns ever existed. There are myriad forms of evidence for a God however. What makes you think that believers "blindly" follow anything? I was an atheist for years until I realized that science can't explain everything. Despite what Neil Tyson or Bill Nye or Stephen Hawking say. The universe had a beginning. How? Why? Just think of everything that had to be perfect to give rise to man. From the values of universal constants, to our unique position in time and space on a planet perfectly capable of supporting advance intelligences, The planetoid that supposedly crashed into primordial Earth and seeded the planet with extra heavy metals to create our strong magnetic field. Etc, Etc. That's even before amino acids spontaneously combine to form the first simple proteins. And quantum physics doesn't even really work, it's only an approximation anyways. All of their equations give nonsense infinite results until they normalize them. You and Nameentry can argue semantics until you're blue in the face. The fact that I'm staff is irrelevant. Say what you want to say. I don't even matter anyways.
