(Not to sure what's going on at the moment. Still recovering, but better than I was. I'll just go off of what I last knew.)?

- Story -
Tedra groans as she stands up from the hard ground. "What in the world happened?" She looks around and notices nothing different. Pulling out her holo caster she takes a look at the time. "What!?!?" Her shout startles several small pokemon from their hiding spots. "How in the world do I manage to do this?" Comic tears run down her face as the date informs her that several days have past by.?

Dejectedly, Tedra continues on her way, searching for wild pokemon to add on her team.

- Actions -
Searches for wild pokemon.

Apparently eliminations may have changed that, but as of now I do not know, nor do I have a clue of where to find that...

- Story -
Tedra looks at the Wild Spearow calmly standing in front of her.  It stares back. Un-blinking.

Tedra continues staring, and staring, and staring, but the Wild Spearow gives no indication that it's bothered.  With a huff she plops onto the wet ground without breaking eye contact to continue the contest.

As several minutes pass, sweat begins to bead Tedra's brow and her eyes begin twitching, suddenly the Wild Spearow gives a squawk. She startles and falls backwards, forcing her to close her eyes. Shooting back up she glares at the vicious Pokemon. "No fair! You cheated!" The Wild Spearow puffs up it's chest and let's out another squawk.

Tedra grumbles pulling out her Snivy's Pokeball. "You're not getting away with that... Teach it a lesson Slaeth!" She throws the Pokeball into the air and in a flash of colored light her little Snivy appears between them. "Quickly use Tackle!" As her Snivy follows the command Tedra immediately throws a Pokeball at the level four Wild Spearow.

As the Pokeball soars through the air she thinks to herself.
'It has an attitude, but maybe it wouldn't be so bad to travel with another Pokemon...'

- Actions -
Commands Snivy to use Tackle on the level 4 Wild Spearow.
Attempts to capture same Wild Spearow by throwing a Pokeball after Tackle.

- Pre-Action Profile -

Snivy LV 5 (38 xp). Tackle Leer 10, 12, 14.
9060 Dollars. 5 Poke Balls. 5 Potions.

I don't want to make assumptions on levels, because I certainly don't know or remember... Could one of the in chargish people do that for me?

- Story -
Tedra looks at her poor Snivy after the ferocious fire attacks, as a low level grass, fire is still far too much. "Poor baby... Let's go get you fixed up and back on your feet." She carefully scoops up her Pokemon, not even bothering with Pokeball and takes him to the nearest PokeCenter.

After the nurse heals Slaeth, Tedra places him back in his Pokeball and heads back on Route 1 to continue her Wild Pokemon Search.

(Someone brought up a very good point early, no one knows when their Pokemon are injured. Supposedly we're charged for using the Center, but we don't know the HP of the Pokemon we use. It isn't mentioned when battling other players or Wild Pokemon. So how is this working?)

InkyBrush : Sorry about that. I didn't realize the original rules on posting had changed. Or that there was anything about exploring and attacking in one post... I knew there was no attacking twice in the post. It's hard to read through 10+ pages that seem to crop up every time I manage to get on after my classes. ^^; So again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Tedra carefully looks through the grass, eyes scanning and ears straining. "Come on..." Suddenly movement is seen from the corner of her eye. Whipping her head around she sees a strange leaf covered creature. Racking her name she finally comes up with it's name. "Burmy..."

With a sigh she fingers her Snivy's pokeball. "Better than nothing... Let's rumble Slaeth!" She shouts as she throws his pokeball into the air. A flash of light and a small Snivy appears in front of the Burmy.

My favorite? How about favorites?

"My mama always said life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get."
- Forrest Gump

"One morning I shot an elephant in my pajamas. How he got in my pajamas, I don't know."
- Animal Crackers

"Gentlemen, you can't fight in here! This is the War Room!"
- Dr. Strangelove

"Listen to me, mister. You're my knight in shining armor. Don't you forget it. You're going to get back on that horse, and I'm going to be right behind you, holding on tight, and away we're gonna go, go, go!"

- Story -
Teldra stretches and looks at her clock... "Good right on time..." She stands up and moves over to her calendar crossing off another day, before looking at her planning book. Her jaw drops as she notices an anomaly. "I'm
how many days late?!?! KITTENS!"

She starts for the door before realizing she's still in her pajamas. Quickly changing before stuffing a backpack full of necessary equipment and grabbing her Snivy's pokeball, she takes the stairs two at a time and kisses her mom as she dashes out the door. "Got to go, love you, bye!"

She stops quickly at the PokeMart and buys 2 extra potions and pokeballs before starting her journey on Route 1 in hopes of encountering some wild Pokemon.

Is there a specific post layout you'd like us to follow or a specific way of doing things? I know remembering your trainer number was mentioned.
Trying to post from my phone isn't working out too well...

My favorite is currently Frostlass. I usually decide on a new favorite every month, but I've always loved ice Pokemon and for some reason she appeals to me.

My inconvenient deaths were honestly my own fault...

The first was that I had a bright idea to make a lava pit around the little village I was using. I made it six deep, four wide, and one block higher than all the lava. Only problem was I forgot to add bridges since I had managed to jump over it while running every other time. I decided to go on a mining expedition and was extremely successful, stayed until I found a diamond even... Unfortunately on my way back I ran out of steak... ^^" Tried to jump the pit and died by lava. Lost everything I had been ferrying back to base.

The second most annoying was when I was building a sky island. I hadn't put in a way to get back up and fell off the side... Now a water elevator is my first step.

Also, awesome poem. It's refreshing to see someone who cares. ^^

Have a wonderful birthday, and everyone else an amazing day.

Supposedly, if you were to live deep inside a cave, with no exposure to the outside world, eventually you would start sleeping about every 24 hours and 18 minutes. Under normal circumstances, our eyes sense light from the Sun, and our brains adjust to the standard 24 hour day. Scientists don't really know, why that is.

Our built-in tendency to live on a 24 hour, 18 minute day might seem to make sense if that was how long days were in the distant past, and the length of each day has been slowly speeding up.  However, exactly the opposite is occurring. The length of each day has been gradually increasing, as the rotation of the Earth slows down because of the Moon's tidal forces. Half a billion years ago, days were 22 hours long. Four and a half billion years ago, they were six hours long.

A need for a longer day might also make sense if we were all from Mars.  On Mars, each day is 24 hours and 39 minutes long. We're not. Most of us are not. Let's just say that all the important people you know are not. If you don't already know that you are, you're not. It's best if you don't bring this up with your parents... Please forget I said anything about this...

UFC : I have sadly. It's astigmatism problem. They just re-prescribe a new set of glasses every six months or so for the optometrist and send me off with migraine medication I try not to take for the regular doctor. They're hoping that eventually my eyes will correct themselves a little bit or I'll choose surgery, but I'd rather wait until there is no other choice for the latter option. Besides, it's probably better to limit myself a bit. Definitely makes sure I get other things done.

I feel old when I talk to my younger cousin. I tried talking to her about cartoons and she barely knew what Loony Toons were. Forget Little Bear or Darkwing Duck. Rescue Rangers? Nope.

I'll have to work on that with her...
