So.. I was so excited to find that I can play Harvest moon 64 with my laptop! Then my laptop died and I had to get a new one which is Windows 8, of course.  I came on here and downloaded the plug in expecting to be able to play, and it tells me that I don't have the plug in downloaded. D: But I do!  I tried it through Google chrome and I tried it through Firefox, which is the browser I used on my old laptop. No dice!
I even tried what was explained that I can't launch IE through the app/tile screen, I don't use IE but I opened Google and Firefox via my desktop and not the app/tile screen.  Still no luck!   Then I followed the other suggestion of opening the plug in itself from the app/tile screen. Still doesn't work! D: 

I'm kind of upset... :/ 

If anyone has figured out a solution, let me know!
