Oh man, I do this all the time! I'm so glad I'm not the only one... My friends and family always give me strange looks whenever I talk to myself or make a comment to an object that can't hear me.

It's out of habit for me, mostly. It's just ingrained into my brain that if I bump into someone, I say sorry. I guess I just apply it to objects as well. Sometimes I even find myself talking to them as if they were people... "You need a proper cleaning, don't you?" "Are you gonna work now, or...?" "Hey, can you not do that. Thanks."

I mean, it's just always been something I've done, ever since I was little. I used to go on for hours and hours telling all kinds of make-believe stories to my stuffed animals. I don't do that now, of course, but I think the habit of making pretend that objects have feelings is something that's stuck with me through the years.

Stardew Valley! I'm almost done with all of the bundles, so that'll essentially be the endgame for me... Until I start a new character, that is!

I've always had a fondness for Harvest Moon type games, and I'd been following the game's development for about a year or so on the dev's blog. So when I finally heard it was being released earlier this year, I hopped on it the first day it came out!

I absolutely adore the game and could go on about it for hours.

Humm, since I'm still pretty new here, I don't have many "hobbies" on Vizzed. I will say, though, that writing guides and reviews looks pretty fun. I watch/read a lot of critiques from online reviewers and while it does seem like something that requires a lot of careful thought and attention to detail, it always seemed like something that would be right up my alley.

Also, while I may not have posted any yet, I've been seriously considering submitting bits and pieces of my writing here... As someone who has always loved books and dreamed of becoming a novelist as a kid, I think it would be fun to get some feedback from other people. My friends don't count... They're too kind when it comes to critique.

Not an easy question to answer, seeing as how I have far too many responses. But I suppose out of all of them, I fear getting old and dying the most. Dunno why, I mean it happens to all of us at some point. Then again, a lot of fears are irrational, so I don't dwell too much on it.

Some of the other things that I try to avoid stressing about is stuff like failure or stagnation in life. I want to always be going somewhere no matter what, and I can't stand just sitting around getting nothing done. Failure results in setbacks, which means having to do things over again or even needing to move on to something else after all the work I've already gone through. I just don't want to waste my time and effort doing things that I know are destined to fall apart at the end.

Now that I really think about it, with all my thoughts collected here in one place, maybe that's what I actually fear above all else... Wasting time and regretting not doing the things I enjoy before passing away. I don't want to grow old and have a million things left in my life that I want to experience. I want my life to be fulfilling so that at the end, I can at least be satisfied that I lived a good life.

Maybe I'm still too young to think about these kinds of things, but it's hard not to when you're an anxious overthinker like me.

I believe the intention of this thread was to suggest that certain types of ads not be allowed, not just to complain about them. However, in my opinion, clickbaity ads are something that can easily be brushed over and ignored as long as you're cautious about where you click. When you hover over a button that says something like "Play", double-check the link in the bottom left corner of your browser. If it's not Vizzed, it's not legit.

Living on my own, I decided some of the rules that my parents had were not really ones that I wanted to keep. A few of them, I did. No shoes in the house, unless they're slippers. Leave your shoes at the door. Not only does it help keep the house a bit cleaner by tracking around less dirt, it's also easier to find your shoes if you know exactly where they are. Bare feet and socked feet make no difference, as long as you take your shoes off I'm fine with either. There are exceptions, of course. If you're running late and need to get out the door, or you forgot to grab a few things before you left, shoes are alright. I just don't want guests walking around with them on the entire time.

I get thumb cramps pretty often cause I'm a huuuge button masher. I might be at risk for carpal tunnel, seeing as I use my phone/the computer a lot, to the point of getting throbbing pains throughout my fingers/wrists. Other than that, I don't injure myself too much.

My electronics on the other hand.....

I share your fondness for Sabrina but since my first Pokemon game was Ruby, I'd like to pick from there instead. Wallace always stood out to me because not only is his character design fantabulous, he's a water-type trainer (as someone who always starts off with the Water type, this earns bonus points from me!) with an overabundance of eloquence and class- the perfect gentleman.

Candice from Diamond and Pearl comes close second, because not only is she adorable, but her Abomasnow kicked my butt time after time!

Oh wow, that first one is fantastic! It reminds me of a starscape of some kind, and I always was fond of galaxy patterns. I really like the second one too, if only because the color palette is so eye-catching. And I don't know why you called the last picture "trashy"... I think the way the character was stylized worked really nicely.

Not to sound nosy, but did you say you were deleting some of your work? I'm a former art major and one of the first things they taught us was to keep all our work. Even if you don't like it, it's always good to keep old stuff around so you can take lessons on what not to do, and maybe even what you liked about those pieces.

Wow,  that's probably more than I've posted on any forum ever, even with them all combined. Congrats!
Meanwhile, I look forward to making my first 100 posts here. I know I can do it!

If I had the chance to find out my death date, I probably wouldn't. Dying is one of the things I fear the most, and knowing when I was going to kick the bucket would only make my anxiety skyrocket. I don't know if I could live day to day with the paranoia that comes with knowing that sort of information. Besides, if I couldn't change my fate, why should it matter anyway?

Either way, I want to live life to the fullest. When I go, I'm not going without a fight!

Gosh that's a big question with a lot of possible answers. What worries me the absolute most is my own indecisiveness over where my future should be headed. One minute I think I know what I want to do with my life, then the next I take it all back and second-guess myself. Sometimes I feel like I overthink things and doubt myself too much, but then I realize I overestimate my own abilities just as often. I'd love to be able to magically know the answer like my parents seem to expect me to, but it's just not possible.

Chopsticks? Oh, sure, I can use them... If stabbing the meat on the end like a shish kebab counts.
I've fumbled with them time and time again but it seems I'm just not coordinated enough. I'd rather use a fork instead and save myself the embarrassment.

I WIn Also :

Ahhh, I find it cool how Vizzed has romhacks as well as the original roms. I actually started trying out all sorts of Pokemon romhacks when I first arrived, just out of curiosity. Pretty cool how people can take those assets and make an entirely new game.

I'm in the same boat as your friend... I get terrible allergies no matter what time of year. I'm constantly susceptible to hay fever. On the bright side, though, I've found a solution that's been working pretty consistently for me. It's nasal spray. Nasacort, Flonase, etc.  The gist of it is that you use it once a day for about a week or two until your allergies are no more. The drawbacks are that it's kind of unpleasant to spray up your nose and that the results aren't always immediate. It takes time to get working but once it does, it's like a fog (or in my case, a migraine) has been lifted. Best wishes to your friend!

Hi everybody! My name's June and I've been a member of Vizzed for two years, three coming up in October. I've played in the RGR on and off for a while since a first registered but recently I took a look around and thought the community here seems really welcoming and nice. To heck with being shy. Nothing good ever comes of sitting around doing nothing, right?

Anyway, I want to tell you a little about my personal experience with gaming. When I was growing up, my family couldn't afford very many consoles for us. I went for years and years without even knowing about the existence of Mario or Sonic. The one thing my parents eventually did end up buying was a refurbished PS1. I played my first real game on it-- the very first Spyro-- and immediately fell in love with video games. To this day, I haven't really been able to afford any fancy new consoles (or a decent PC for that matter), but through the years I found that older retro games can be just as satisfying to play. That's why when I found Vizzed, I knew it was a good place for me.

I really like it here at Vizzed and I'm looking forward to picking up some games that I never had the chance to as a kid. Who knows, maybe I'll find some hidden gems and even make a few friends, too.
