I tried playing some n64 games, and I used mupen64, but double clicking did not pop up the menu. Is it a different button that pops up the menu, or is it a problem with the plugin itself?

The rom is full of graphical glitches and lag, rendering it practically unplayable. I tested it on multiple emulators, so I am mostly sure it is a problem with the rom.

So, I remember how you could play a game, go to the plug in data folder and find the Rom for the game. Well, I'm wondering if the feature was either removed or it's just not showing up for me. For reference, I'm under this directory:
