Change the P to L to make SLAM.

I don't like all the fancy stuff, so I usually put jelly (almost always grape), peanut butter, or butter on my toast. I don't like mixing them either.

That's Fine . I usually overdo everything that I have ever written, but I like to make things as descriptive as possible

I Usually tend to like 3rd Person Stories, But This One Is Good Too. In The Captain's Log, I Wouldn't Put Speaking Lines Because It Is The Captain That Is Writing It Down, And Most Journals Have What They Say, But Not As Long And Without Quotations. I Would Also Not Make A Huge Block Of A Paragraph, But Have The Words People Are Saying Like This:
Zed- "Where are we?"
Matthew- "Well, we don't really have a map, and I think this part of the ocean does not have a name."

Maybe not a whole new paragraph, but just so you can see who is talking and what they are saying better. You could also do with adding some narration (not in character) with a vivid description of where the heroes (I hope) are at. You Could also add words after the speaking lines like:
"words and sentences" Zed said in angst ( that is just how I write, you don't have to. I really enjoy writing (long) stories, so I have experience using very detailed word like exasperated. Some constructive criticism. Oh, and hi Zed. Waiting for the next update, so get writing

I have read... um, Torn Away, Survivors Empty City (book 1), The Magic Pickle (*cough*), The Heat Haze Days Manga (I hope that counts), and Warrior Cats Series (all of them) I can't remember a lot of the ones I have read T^T
