Effort Values are stat increases that come from destroying another pokemon. this is why Im picky about about training places because of pokemon e.v.'s. electrive rules

I'm going to tell the truth. Just because you beat the elite 4 does make you champion there are 2 trainers to defeat. Yes the game creators zatorian and darkmew, but this is no cake walk I train a lot and trust me, they send me packing EVERY SINGLE TIMEM. So yes I know, you have a long streak in battle tower, you beat the elite 4 at least 569 times, but even the strongest might not make it [ no offence guy's]. So if your the trainer you think you are you must try this. {[notice] I don't know al Pokémon but suicune tranitar and stellix.} be careful ad be rich. Why? You'll find out soon.

Upon myreturn to PETEALNBURG CITY I discovered Regirock’s cave. Although it is easy to
find I will lead you to it. Go down but stay to your right, Go down as far as
you can and you will see a staircase go down it and you will come upon a cave
entrance. Regirock’s move set consist of curse/rock throw/ ancient power/???
It is level 40 and has low h.p. (about 120 roughly)

 secret area #1 via route 118. The birds nest.
a. requirements
#1. A LOT of ultra and great balls
#2. The h.M. Surf and waterfall
#3. Beat the elite four 
directions
 in the town with the flying type gym go down but stay close to the left side in a opening go there use surf, now there is another tiny island out here but skip that, ang go up. you will come to a waterfall skim it now you will find corpfish, polliwag and krabby up here, so keep going ad ytu wiil soon find a stair case or a opening in land. here is a little maze but it's easy.

here are 3 doors each containing a legendary bird's (Zapdos,Articouno,and Moltres) there are  a infinite number of birds. Meaning that you catch till you faint. Zapdos the electric/ flying types it is on the right side you will need surf, Articouno is ice / flying type and in the middle, and moltre's the flying / fire type is on the right. NOTICE: to get to articuno's nest you will have to go through 2 ice puzzle's. moltres is a clean shot through and zapdos is surf & walk.
